My renewal is coming up and I have quite a few vehicles I need insured and when I was shopping around I spoke with Brandon, who seemed to have had a great understanding of customer retention, informed me of all the discounts I could potentially qualify for, with much patience as I didn’t understand the terminology for some of the things we discussed. Times like now when there are so many faceless people collect our (insurance) money, Nick is an agent that will learn your name. And if needed he will gladly meet face to face with.
