I brought my elderly father in for his colonoscopy appointment. My father has dated for 48 hours plus for this procedure. we checked in at 9am for our appointment at 10am. We are still waiting 3 hours later and I am getting frustrated at the responses I am getting back from the staff. I understand it is not their fault. This bullsh*t doctor walks in at 11:30am to start his shift. i will keep my father here until he is seen but only because he has put in the time and effort to get ready for his procedure. DO NOT BRING YOURSELF OR LOVE ONES HERE.

I saw Dr. Jajodia about 5 years ago for symptoms including diarrhea, acid reflux, and stomach pain. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy done and had an appointment with him to review the results. This was the first time meeting him (aside from when he was doing the procedure while I was under anesthesia). I waited for over 2 hours in the waiting room. When I entered the exam room, Dr. Jajodia was sitting at the table. When I sat down, the first thing he said/asked was, "how tall are you?" I told him. Was prepped for a Colonoscopy, show up for my appointment and waited four hours. Once taken back to get ready for the Colonoscopy I’m told I’m having an Endoscopy. I took that horrible prep and suffered for days to have my other end examined. Very disappointed was going in to find out if cancer came back. Beyond disappointed.

If I could give the Digestive and liver disease medical center a zero, I would. My father is a patient and he has never been seen by the doctor, not even on the initial visit. He has only been seen by the nurse practitioner, and although she has always been very pleasant she has also failed to do one of the most important things when assessing a patient and that is to get a thorough family history, in addition to supporting labs to determine the best plan of care. Appropriate medications and procedures would have helped my father and would have prevented undue pain, suffering and unnecessary trips

All the bad reviews on this place is 100% accurate. I will never ever come here again and I ADVISE you not to either. It’ll be a waste of your time and you’ll be misdiagnosed. This Dr. Jajodia is clearly only MONEY hungry. I know that he treats the medi-cal patients like they’re not human and the PPO patients are VIP. Become I have PPO and my mom has medi-cal. My mom was treated like garbage, disrespected and wasted our time at the surgery center. I have already reported him and suggest anyone who was mistreated by this Dr should too. This Dr needs his license revoked asap! He’s dangerous

If I could give 0 stars that's how I'd rate them! Worst possible place to go if you want answers as to what's wrong with you. Dont waste your time calling, if they decide to answer the phone, mid conversation they will hang up on you or transfer your call to a full mail box, then when you bring this up they say the building has bad reception. Down right scariest place to be when your life is potentially on the line. They dont care about the patients, seems to be a lot of young kids who dont have a clue what it's like to have cancer or any other illness, if you get referred here Run!!! ask your

One of the worst Dr. ever. The staff is great however is being blinded by the Dr. poor medical treatment. They always reschedule you or cancel your appointments and procedures without advising. It is so unprofessional. This Dr. doesn't care about his Pt and does not know anything about Pt care and obviously he doesn't care about his staff because they all seemed unmotivated and miserable here. Do your health a favor and chose another Dr.

My father had 3 procedures done at this office and by far it has been the worst experience for us. Here is our experience:
1-The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional
2-Our appointment was at 1:15pm its 6:20pm and they haven’t even started the procedure yet. My father is a diabetic which it’s clearly documented in the chart, he was directed to fast, it’s almost 7pm....This is just unacceptable.
3-On EVERY appointment we scheduled we called the office to confirm and we are told that the appointment is not in the system and they have to reschedule.
4-Spoke to the office manager and I was

If there is 0 Zero star rate I would do so. This place didnt improve. Experience was NOT effortless. The struggle is real at this clinic due to very looooong wait time wait time. Will not go back if we have a choice. I'm not recommending this place to family and friends.

My friends had an appointment at 2 and its near 6 they just called her back. Lack of communication and professionalism the girl in the front desk rollin her eyes when i asked how much longer will this take after a two hour wait.. smh and she never checked or informed us that the wait time to be seen was going to take alot longer. why have procedures and half your staff leaves at 5 smh. I wouldnt recommend this office.

This place is a complete joke. My mother had her appointment at 1pm, was not seem until 5pm and didnt get out of there until 7pm! What is the point of an appointment? Mind you she has having a colonoscopy so that meant all those extra hours of her not eating other that liquids (over 48 hours to be exact) and over 7 hours of her not being able to drink anything. The lobby is full of people that are basically being tortured because they have not ate or had a drink and they just to wait hours and hours to be seen and taken back! I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Do not go here, hand down

This place doesn't even deserve one star. My brother was told not to eat for 3 days, came in for his appointment at 3:30p only to sit and wait to be seen. It's now 4 1/2 hours later and he still hasn't been seen. The nurse at the front said "he's next". She said the procedure only takes 15-20 mins so he'll b out in about 30 mins. I confirmed with her that he's been sitting back there waiting for 4 1/2 Hours, has never been seen by a doctor and is still hungry. She looked me square in the eyes and said yep. Save yourself the trouble...don't come here

My moms appt was 10 am. At 12:15 a nurse came out and asked who I was waiting for. At 2:15 my daughter told me she had been waiting since 12 with iv in but staff took lunch all at once. And no one was in procedure room since noon. In the parking lot I had noticed staff coming out around noon time but didn't think much of it til I saw them going back in after 2!!! My mom has 5 broken vertebrae. At 2:11 they plugged her into anesthesia.. 2:57 she was in recovery

Similar to Laura G's review I took my mom to this place today. As I am writing this I am still waiting for her to be discharged. Her appointment got rescheduled twice. Then they called and asked yesterday and told us that they had moved her appointment to 10am from 11am. We arrived here today at 9:30am. At that time the front desk lady said the doctor just had one person he was already working on and we would be next. The staff at this place are extremely unorganized. I have family that work in health care and couldn't believe when I shared my experience. First, his appointment was rescheduled three times before he was finally seen. My father was seen here for outpatient treatment and we waited 3 hours for him to get called in then an additional few hours for him to go through his procedure. When he was in the surgery room they called his name again because they didn't realize he was already back there! Then the nurse ripped out all his arm hair as she was removing the tourniquet.
