Our family run Insurance Agency focuses on making all our policy holders feel like they're part of the family. We love being there for all parts of our customer's lives from starting driving and needing auto insurance, to helping protect their first apartment with renters insurance, to transitioning into homeowners insurance when they purchase their first house.

Mia is this most sweet and helpful agent! She came right away and served all my needs. Smaller office so no worries from other big companies. Nate took the time to review my current policy with my current carrier, with no pressure to switch. He proposed some minor changes to it, recalculated the yearly rate for my home and 3 vehicles and saved a bunch of money switching to State Farm. Nate did it in a matter that was not being critical of my existing carrier. He just pointed out the savings we could take advantage of if we switched. I appreciate the professionalism, honesty and the time they were willing to take with me not knowing if I would even switch to State Farm.

The Matousek Agency is just the best! They provide top notch service and there is always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone ready to help when you call the office. We've needed to discuss several different scenarios related to car and home insurance, and each time the team was more than willing to go into every detail and explain our options (the choices can often be overwhelming!). My husband and I moved from CA to MN and Mia got us switched over to better coverage within minutes. She was personable, answered all of my questions, and provided us with the necessary knowledge to make educated decisions. I love how available and knowledgeable Nate and his team have been. I had so, so many questions about all of my policies and they were unbelievably patient.
