I’m unsure as to why this facility has so little stars. I am a new CNA at this facility and I have never been so in love with my place of employment. I have worked at one other nursing facility before and it was NOTHING compared to this place. The residents, the staff, the administration team, all AMAZING. The faculty here cares so much about not only the residents but their employees as well, the residents are treated with so much love and care and not like a burden unlike at other places. Being able to work here and interact with everyone every day has been something I have been searching for

I’m not sure why this place only has 2 1/2 stars . I would give them 100 stars if I could . The staff here are the most amazing loving people I have ever met at an assisted living facility . The facility is very clean and well maintained. They truly care and are always involved in the family’s concerns and will get an answer with a solution. They make you feel like family the environment is very friendly and warming. The staff is incredible, showing my mom the same loving care as I would. I am updated consistently on all her care needs .I truly believe this is the answer to the many needs we

My very good friend lives there now. I have seen my friend moved to a couple different nursing homes over the past year. This is the first one that my friend isn't complaining about the food, the care or the staff, which warms my heart. However just recently I have been told about one particular nurse that is less then professional....deliberately making patient wait for pain meds (....so much that the CNA's even admit she does this). I told my friend to file a complaint, and was told he/she did already...but nothing is done. I realize the staff in most healthcare facilities are overworked, as

One staff member at this facility discovered my grandmother bleeding severely from her nose (she was on blood thinners). This person told her the doctor would not be called and no one was coming and to stop asking for towels to clean up. My grandmother ended up in the ICU that night after losing 3-4 pints of blood. She passed away about 2 weeks later. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

As an LPN, I worked in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities for 23 years.
I recently saw photos taken by a family member of their loved one. The resident was left sitting in her wheelchair in the hall with feces on her hands and under her finger nails. She had a bowel movement and nobody took the time to clean her up and change her clothing. This is NEGLECT!! The State Agency on Aging should take action.

My mother had to be cared for therefor some physical therapy after a long stint in the hospital. The first day she got there, everyone was very nice. However, the day after I went to visit her at around 11 am and she had not been fed all day. She repeatedly hit the button, and when someone DID come in, she told them she needed her food, he said he would get it, and never came back. When she told me, I raised some hell and talked to the supervisor, and she was fed and given apologies and the supervisor chewed the lazy nurses out. There were plenty of call buttons continuously going off and they
