Total waste of money, I paid for the most expensive car wash and drove off with it looking like a child tried to clean my car. Dust and dirt and dog hair still all over my seats and cup holders and trash that is still under my seat. The only reason I didn’t give this one star is because of the ONE guy actually trying to get a stain out of my seat. Don’t waste your time or money here, now I’ll have to go home and do it myself.

First time here and it won't be the last!! From my initial and somewhat comical meeting the manager and all the way through the process, the crew worked hard transforming my car that, shamefully hadn't been washed in a very long time....and all with a great, pleasant attitude!!! Even the gal at the front desk came looking for me to return the coffee mug I left at the counter. It really was a great experience....the car looks new again. I'm new to the area, and have found my new car wash place!!! Thanks!!!

Please… For those who have given less than 4 or 5-star reviews for the car wash in the past, please reconsider coming here as this business is under new ownership. I became disappointed with Silver Bay car wash over the last two years as I feel their service as well as customer service began to lack but I continued to go here because it was convenient and I am a creature of habit. The first thing I noticed when I pulled up was their packages and prices have changed. The second thing was the friendliness of the greeter as well as those who are about to vacuum my sand-filled car. (Sorry about that

I went to Silver Bay Car Wash recently for the head light restoration service. Mike Mello did a phenomenal job on my 12-year-old car!!! The head lights look fantastic and am very pleased with the work. I made an appointment ahead of time and it only took maybe 45 minutes for them to do. The before and after photos are impressive! Highly recommend!!

I’ve owned my Subaru Ascent for almost 2 years now. It’s my hauler when doing home improvements. It was time for a really thorough detailing. Silver Bay Car Wash has always been my favorite car wash so....I made an appointment with Mike. Mike called the day before to confirm which was a nice reminder. He told me it would take most of a day to do interior and exterior properly which was fine with me.
