Pj's Car Wash Park

Quick and convenient, but pricey. Basic exterior wash is around $20. The employees are kind, fast and reliable. I keep good luck change under my mat and they didn't vacuum it up (upon request) they worked around it, which was really appreciated.

This was my first time there and I was dissatisfied. I drove away and realized that they had not totally died my vehicle I pulled over and used paper towels to finish what they hadn't. There was water dripping from several areas which the neglected. I would not go back and would not recommend them.

Years ago, this car wash was so good. Last week, I paid extra for services and my car looked dirtier on the inside than I went in. No matter what package you purchase, it looks the same. My inside windows were so dirty from the rags they used I was shocked. I had to remind them to vacuum my back seat. 39 dollars plus tax. What an absolute rip off. What happened to customer service.

Will not be returning. We paid $22 and left with dirty hood and windshield. Asked to use toeel to wipe hood and guy had a bad attitude. Said would not come clean.my husband just ran his finger on it and it comes off.

This car wash reminds me why you should stay away from these types of places. The wash quality is terrible and the price is very expensive. I paid for the "works" a $40 value and my car looks terrible inside and out. If you need to get the salt off your car you will get a better result hosing it down yourself at home than buying their most inexpensive wash. Rip off!

I went to get the works done and my car was not dried properly from the outside. I called the car wash directly and the person on the phone told me maybe I didn't wait? Not understanding that their own workers were not cleaning or doing their job properly. I've seen a decline in the service and will not be going here anymore. When I told the lady on the phone thank you, as I didn't want to argue, she just hung up the phone on me. Poor professionalism and more importantly poor accountability.

Really poor job. I paid for the gold as I am selling my car and need it to look it's best. They did not touch any of the spaces on the doors or my backseat at all. My dogs hair is still all over the car

Went there today and had one of the most worst experiences I've ever had. I was charged $29 and extra for an SUV including floor mats that weren't even cleaned. I was a member for many upon many years but I believe they jumped the shark at this point. Everyone there was looking at the receipt and wondering why pricing went so far up. I would love to post pics on how poorly my formats were done. It cost me six dollars just for the floor mats and they didn't even do the four that were paid for.

We love PJs. My wife has been going since she was a kid. We are multiple car members of the wash club for 25 years since they started offering it. We have always been very happy with the services. All the Staff is kind, accommodating and knowledgeable, especially Jennifer. If you have any questions or need anything extra help the foreman or the inside staff always have the answers. Thank you PJs for all the years of excellent service.

I honestly don't know why I keep going back to this place. $20 and I had to ask the people cleaning my car multiple times to wipe down my doors. Every time I go there I am displeased. I don't know how they have a line every single time.

I agree with other negative reviews. Very poor job on interior. I got the most expensive car wash package and was quite disappointed. I had to ask them twice to clean interior and even then it was still dirty. I might as well do it myself and save money. I will not be coming back here.

I've been going to PJ's car wash park for about 4 years now. I requested car wash number 1 with NO hot wax. This is habitual for me and the price is typically $24 and some change. Today I requested the same car wash with no hot wax and the price was $29 and some change. I politely asked the cashier why my price was so much higher than usual and she said it's always been that way and said there's an extra up charge because I own an SUV. I explained in my 4 years of getting car washes here I've never received an up charge for owning an SUV. She went on and blamed her workers

Vacuum service is a joke. Car was given back to me with same amount of dirt in the back. Seats were not touched despite signs explicitly mentioning both floor and seats would be cleaned. Also, if you have any loose parts on your car, they will just slap duct tape on it without asking you if you don't mind having your car covered in adhesive. Save your $20 and wash it yourself. You will do a better job.

So got the full service for $25, attendant asked if I wanted to the hot wax...yeah sure, unbeknownst to me that's another $10!! So get to the end, they only washed windows on one side of the car. I had to ask them to vacuum a third time, due to them just skimming over. I mean the car is not an SUV, it's a 2 seater!! Very disappointed, and definitely NOT worth the money!!

Only go here if you feel like throwing money away and are looking forward to leaving angry.

My husband and I have had a debate for a few weeks now if this car wash was any good

I didn't know why he didn't care for it until today.

I asked for the 1 ($24.99, not sure of change), at register $28.99 (again not sure of change) I asked how it went from 24 to 28 in seconds? SUV charge of $3 dollars. WTH!!!!
I explained my SUV is the size of a small car hatchback it's not a Tahoe. The reply. "well that's good because the Tahoe is for $4 extra dollars.

So I pay

Paid $20 to have my car washed only to see the subpar job they did on the interior. They didn't put the floor mats back in place. The cloth they used to clean my radio head-unit left small scratches on the screen. I store my windshield screen under the seat which they took out, unfolded, and left it open on the back seat. Their service was never great, but as a local business I was happy to support them. Unfortunately with my latest experience it will be my last.

Let me start by saying I used to come here all the time when I had an SUV as it was easier then doing it myself. This place used to be great but I guess that isn't the case any longer. I took my car there yesterday as I was tight on time and couldn't do it myself. I will not be returning. I had to come home and re-clean all my wheels,re-vaccum and wipe down the whole inside and windows. There was red lint all over the windows and interior from the towels they use. Using my free car wash from the Volvo dealer down the road, I was pleased with my interior and exterior wash. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived home my car was covered with pollen.

Good wash and they did a decent job of cleaning the interior - especially the windshield. I will return.
