I traveled 4 1/2 hours With my 2 sons to take care of my daughters remains and the staff was wonderful to us. At such a hard time, they really helped and treated us like family. I called after all had been taken care of and they still treated me like a priority. Thank you for all you did april 5th and the days afterward

Called at 3am after work with a question concerning my doggo best friend. To my relief they were open. Unfortunately, they do not do pets. I was informed perfectly on where to go and how to handle my situation. True, heart felt emotion was given to me! The call turned out to be very important, because I had absolutely no clue. Now I do. I couldn’t be there when my dad passed away but, the cremation of the Ozarks has been great to my family. My dad would never want to be cremated but, it had to be at this time of this virus. Anyway,I called today and they are going to mail part of my dads cremations to me which is important in my case. Thank you to Cremains of the Ozarks.

Our youngest son passed on Saturday early morning. The staff when called made all necessary arrangements for our son. When we met with Wyman ( Director) that afternoon, he was was so passionate about his work. He made our family feel more at ease and comforting with his personality. Such a super great business and staff. I would like to thank them all for being so caring and concerned.

I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and compassion they showed after my son's untimely passing at only 23. Wyman was truly concerned about my daughter, his sister, and asked about her each time we spoke. Wyman also went out of his way to get his memorials printed up on the 4th of July and bring them to me where we were gathering my son's belongings. He truly is one of the most sincere human beings I have met and I would tell anyone who needs help with a loved one's passing, to go see them. I am writing this a year later, but Jason and his crew are truly amazing people. We were treated like family. They had my dad looking like he did when he was alive and truly listen to our request on what we wanted. I would highly recommend them.
