I had a wonderful customer service experience here today! I brought in a piece of jewelery with low monetary value (but high sentimental value) and the staff took me seriously despite the low value and helped me find a tasteful, beautiful way to make the piece functional. I entered the shop knowing that I would be spending more money than the piece was worth, and I was glad to be taken seriously. Wanted to support a local business and went in to see if Morande Jewelers would buy a few gold rings that belonged to my ex wife, but was told by the owner “I don’t want your broken garbage, I’m gonna pass on this“ and that was that. I know these rings are worth money because I purchased them for my ex-wife.1 stars because response was unexpected, rude and unprofessional.

This is the only place I bring my jewelry for repairs. Had my diamond reset here. Mike had me look before and after at my diamond, so I knew I was getting my own diamond back when the repairs were done. Brought my watch in for a repair and he gave me an honest opinion in putting money into my watch or going with a new one. (I'm repairing my old one). Mike and Beth are honest and very friendly. I feel very comfortable bringing my jewelry to Morande's. I highly recommend them.

Brought my father watch in to see if was still in working order and see if we could get a new band for it, within moments Mike had the battery changed and the date set! Left the watch with mike to work on wrist band,while I was grocery shopping next door I get a call from Mike saying band was fixed! Excellent service and experience will definitely be back

This jeweler really takes a personal approach to your purchase. They care about every sale and do their best to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Mike Morande was very helpful when it came time to purchase my engagement ring and wedding band, exactly how I wanted it, and he went the extra mile to make sure the fit would be perfect and comfortable on her finger. After getting very burned shopping at the 'mall stores', this is a breath of fresh air.
