The reason for our 1 star rating was because I couldn't rate any lower.
We experienced a slab leak. We filed a claim with our insurance company who took a day to respond. Before that we had a restoration company lined up to come that day, however our adjuster highly recommended their vendor, Servpro, who came out on March 4, 2021.
On March 4th, I was told to place our towels in the hallway as a means of soaking up water that was coming from the leak. I complied, but shocked that this company didn't have any other materials they could use instead of our towels. The technician then returned later

They helped us with some smoke damage on our rental and I was so happy with their service. A few other places I called couldn't get started right away and they were able to send someone for an estimate within 30 minutes of my call and started work soon after so our issue was resolved fast. Alex was so nice and helped guide me through the remediation and insurance process. Highly recommend!
