Wines of the San Juan is dedicated to producing distinctive, high quality wines that are true to the terroir of the Southwest. The styles of wine we produce are diverse, and whether you prefer a wine designed for the bold and serious, or for the fun and light hearted, you are sure to find something you will enjoy.
Our winery is located in a beautiful area of Northern New Mexico close to the Colorado border. Just an hour from Durango, Colorado and 30 minutes from Farmington, New Mexico, our winery is a great place to get away on a lazy afternoon. Enjoy our local, artisanal wines in an idyllic setting on the San Juan River.

Nice place to hang out and chill. They offer 4 tastings of different wines while they give you some background on each wine. You can, of course, order a full glass of wine for about $6 - $8 per glass. They have several places set up with tables & chairs and umbrellas to shade you from the sun. The staff are very friendly & willing to answer any questions you may have. The place is awash in large cottonwood trees. It's a fun and relaxing place to hang out for a few hours!

The friendly staff is more than happy to help you find the right wine for you out of their award winning section. You can choose seating on their covered patio or sit in the shade next to the pond that offers beautiful photo opportunities. I recommend ordering a cheese tray that comes with different meats and fruits.

This place is very beautiful, I like it and wines! Omg! Wines! If you love wines as much as I do you love this place. First time I went too it with the car show they do every year went very awesome, they had food trucks and even live music band and even a nature walk to too look at the peacocks and geese with a beautiful pond and very good wines , my favorite was sweet cherry pie, $14 a bottle so gonna go back soon to get me a bottle for my birthday. I’ll be back soon
