This guy lost my business before giving me a quote.
I was disconnected after having given my request for a quote, the car make, model, and year.
I called back thinking it was a dropped call.
After 5 rings it went to vm.
I called back to try again but no answer.
So, I left a message.
“Thank you. But No Thank You!”
Customer service begins with first impressions made.
I did receive a call back after leaving a message. I played along to see how it would be handled.

Very quick mobile service. I was backing up in the garage and I hit the back window of my car. I called many places and all had very high prices compared to them. Wwhile i was at the movie teathers someone broke into my car and stole my car stereo. There was broken glass all over the seats. I didnt want my child to get in the car since there was shattered glass all over. I called el segundo auto glass to ask for a quote and availabilty to install it. I couldnt belive what he told me. He said that they could be there in less than 2 hours and they could also vacuum the shattered glass. That was great. I set up an appointment and they were on time and did a very good job.
