Great folks to work with and they delivered an easy to follow process, expediting our refinance. They kept me updated with everything, including making certain I understand what they needed from me, when they needed it, and why they needed it. Awesome handholding and white glove treatment. With being a relocation out of the state of Indiana there were a number of differences with the home buying process. James patiently walked me through each step of the process. With each new question came a new hurdle that James had to overcome. His knowledge of credit reporting and the process involved was amazing to help overcome the burden of my own personal credit score. I am so excited to be in my new home! I was referred to James with Upward Home Loans by my realtor. So glad I decided to use them vs my bank. They took time to explain the entire process, kept my in the loop at all times with what I was to expect or information they need in order to process my loan.
