I was so impressed with every single person at Eyecare Associates. Reception was so sweet, the nurse knowledgeable and sweet as well. The Dr - Dr Hagberg - took his time with exams and various tests, listening and answering all the questions i had... some of which were probably silly - but he never made me feel silly. Then when it came time to pick glasses, that lady was so helpful.. helping me to pick out frames and transitions and other features i asked for. I am so happy i went here.

My son Hayden lost his glasses at school and needed new ones asap. We were able to get in to get a new pair the very next day, and received the glasses within 2 weeks maximum. The only thing I didn't like about this process, was that they did not offer to adjust the glasses. We went to a different eye doctor prior and they spent 30 minutes adjusting the new glasses to my son's face and they fit him perfectly. I ended up having to take my son to that old eye doctor to have them adjust the new pair to his face so he could actually wear them to school. Other than that, great experience overall. Staff

I have been going here for about 3 years now. I find the staff and Dr. Mullins very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I have never had to wait a long time to get in for appointments. They work with you on adjusting your glasses no matter how many times you need to go back. And if something needs to be sent out to fix, the turn around is fast. I use to go to another eye place and after 3 adjustments they wouldn’t help again. I love Eyecare Associates of Nampa. Thanks to everyone there!!

I've been to 4 or 5 eye doctors in the area over the years, trying to find the right "fit" and this place is the best. I've been two times and both were a great experience.
I'm a super anxious person so I don't like waiting and each time my appointment was right at the scheduled time. I really appreciate that.
Not to mention, everyone that works there is really nice and helpful.
I think their exam prices are like $10 more than other places. But honestly it's worth it.
Quick and easy.

Great and thorough eye exam. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Usually a short wait time.
My only complaint is there are not more frames in the price range a senior can easily afford. Even with my very good vision insurance frames and lenses can cost me 350 out of pocket.
At my age and income I do not need the top of the line "must have" frames.

I went to see Dr Hagberg after having a terrible experience with Intermountain Eyecare (supposedly the premier medical eye doctors in the valley). All of the staff at Eyecare Assoc were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Hagberg spent a significant amount of time testing my eyes for my particular problem and testing the glasses and prescription I was given by Intermountain. I still have 20/20 vision by the grace of GOD but my grandpa wasn't so lucky (is this my distant future?!). We had to stop in because my grandpa's "four-eyes" receptacles were giving him some trouble so it only made sense to bring him in for an adjustment.
He gets treated really well here and it seems like the ladies in the office all love him! Even at 82 he still charms them all to no end (GO GRANDPA!). They were able to make the right adjustments and it was almost like he was given a whole new lease, he was pleased as punch and it didn't involve him having to shell out
