We are a not-for-profit facility owned by the Miller County Nursing Home District, which has a 6-member Board of Directors who manage and operate the facility. Our guiding principle is to provide outstanding and professional healthcare in a loving, home-like atmosphere in a rural setting. We are known for excellence in providing the highest standard of quality care to our patients and residents.
Alzheimer's Disease, related dementias and their unpredictable behaviors can gradually diminish a person's ability to communicate and socialize with others. Our SPECIAL CARE UNIT focuses on the unique consideration and specialized care required for person's with Alzheimer's disease and Dementia. Our buildings are completely sprinkled for fire protection and designed with our dementia resident in mind.
Our skilled nursing team consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Medication Technician's, and Certified Nursing Assistants working together to provide exceptional care based on each resident's individual plan of care. Our dedicated nurses are experienced in providing Intravenous therapy, wound care, and specialized nursing care 24 hours a day.
