Years of incredibly poor management has taken over this place. It needs a complete turn over and all of head department, especially the ED need to be removed and fired.

I have worked @ JCNR since March 2021, and the new management team is very dedicated to not only their staff but also the residents. Everyone is treated like family and that is how she expects staff to treat the residents. She is fixing the place up and that is evident when you walk in the front door. If you want excellence in the care of your loved one, then JCNR is the place for you!

I'm a resident at Jefferson City Nursing & Rehab and I've been treated like family the entire 2 years I've been here. I love all the Staff and residents here. Activities are amazing. If you want a home feeling facility this is the one.

I had a great experience with JCNR. They helped me get back home! The therapist worked hard and supported me in reaching my goals! I am able to walk now! As time pasted on they hired the best Administrator-Tyler. He truly cares about the residents and went above and beyond to make my experience that much better! From Dietary Staff to Housekeeping they fed me well and made sure I had a clean room! I will miss everybody, but I'm happy to return home.

This place is literally not fit to care for a dog. While I was there my medications were never given on time, never given properly, and I could not sleep due to the noise of the staff screaming and hollering up and down the hallways all night. They reuse the med cups, and it was not uncommon at all for them to handle IV lines with bare hands. I would not put anyone in this facility.

My Mom has been a resident for over 3 months now. The cook, van driver, activities director and social services director are fabulous! The nursing and CNA staff, with just one exception, are great and seem to really care about everyone there!

Poor management, poor staffing, poor care. Wouldn't put my worst enemy in this place. If you love your family member don't take them to this place! The administrator doesn't care about her staff or the residents. The place looks nice but looks are very deceiving!

These people do not care about their residents. My grandma was here and had had to be taken to the hospital and they have sent her to hospice now. All because they were not feeding her or giving her any fluids (no iv to help with dehydration they caused) and were not changing her. She would have starved to death here. Do not trust anyone you love to these people. They called and said she wasn’t doing so well, and asked if we wanted them to have their traveling physician take care of her or take her to the hospital, they didn’t even know where capital region was, they asked what city is that
