Second time calling his place. Heidi is the absolute worst customer service associate I have ever encountered in my life. She never knows her prices for scrap just guesses, and also doesn’t know the difference between inside and outside diameter. I would have been better mining and smelting the iron ore/alloy myself. Probably would have had the metal I needed far quicker. The first time I tried to ignore her rudeness and ignorance but this time I can’t. People like this shouldn’t have a job interacting with people.

These guys are lucky they're the closest steel company to me. I'm tired if dealing with these ornery jerks every time I come in. The front desk lady doesn't seem to care about customers and the yard workers have no problem being rude or short with you. I've also been yelled at for parking at a door I was told to park at by another worker. Not only is there service terrible but prices are better elsewhere.. I think it's time I find a new steel yard. 🖕🖕
