First, a LIVE person answers the phone. Flashback to the 70's! My tooth chipped (front tooth, naturally) an hour before hosting a New Year's party. Somehow Pittsboro Dental Associates fit me in the next day even though they were super busy after being closed for the holidays. Fixed the tooth promptly with no pain. It looks and feels like MY tooth. Everyone was great too work with and Dr. Bansal took great care to make sure the tooth felt as good as it looked.

I’ve seen many, many dentists but have never experienced this consistent quality of care. His work is outstanding! I know I’m absolutely safe with him and I’m always blown away with his continued knowledge of dentistry and state of the art equipment. His staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. Dr. Bansal is the real deal, he’s caring, he’s kind and he’s genuine.

I LOVE Dr. Bansal and Pittsboro Dental. We recently moved here and they saw me in a same day emergency and helped me get same day help at Peak as well. I personally think I had the best teeth cleaning by Paula that I have ever had! And the decay was addressed quickly and so professionally by Dr Bansal. I think everyone who works in this office is meant to be doing 3hat they are doing because it is awesome. Thank you for all of your help. I will gladly recommend this dental office to anyone!

I believe that I am getting better dental care than I have ever received in my 75 years. The office staff is excellent in scheduling, billing and submitting insurance claims. My dental hygienist, Paula, is pleasant and very proficient in examining and cleaning my teeth. Dr Bansal has assembled a very high tech dental practice with the best and most up-to-date equipment; my previous dentist had a practice from the dark ages. I am now getting EXCELLENT dental care and have recommended Dr Bansal to many of my friends and neighbors.

I recently had dental work done at Pittsboro Dental Associates. Front desk personnel will go above and beyond to accommodate your schedule and they were swift to call or text letting me know of openings that would suit my schedule preference. In three short visits, the work was completed. Shelly, my dental hygienist took fantastic care for me. She took the time to explain what was going to happen during my visit, always asking if I needed a break. Truly caring professional. And Dr. Bansal is reassuring, patient and caring.

I am very happy with the dental work that Dr Bansal and his staff is providing. So far I have had a full debridement, 4 fillings and a tooth pulled. All the work they have done has been excellent. This is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. There tools and methods are top notch and the staff it's courteous and professional.

Clean, neat, well-run office and efficient staff. Dr Bansal implements the latest technology into his practice: digital appointment scheduling and notification, electronic charting, plus high end x-ray machines that minimize the radiological exposure.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bansal's in Pittsboro since they're opening. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring dentist. The practice has all the latest technology and the entire staff make you feel very comfortable and relaxed.
Paula usually does my cleaning and she is fantastic! I could actually go to sleep while she is cleaning my teeth because she's so good!

Dr. Bansal and his professional, welcoming, well-trained staff provide the best dental care experience I have ever had in my life . . . which ranges from New England, to Alaska, to Texas, and NC. Has been my dentist for a few years now. Dr. Bansal has been a kind and easy to get along with dentist through several procedures. He's answered emails over the weekend and offered to come in on off days if needed when I cracked a tooth. 5 Stars. Also, he like's his gadgets and I feel like he has the latest reputable solutions in dentistry.
