But to our spouses, kids, dogs, kids' dogs, and dogs' kids' spouses, we're really just Alex and Kevin. We love working with families to help keep children's oral health in tip-top condition. We love helping people because, well, we are people. We're Chatham County, Chapel Hill, Durham and Pittsboro people.
We've seen it all, for better or for better. Cavities, crowns, everything in between, and everything outside. No matter the child, we provide comprehensive compassionate care. We're trained to handle trauma, regardless of medical history or complications. And once your child is out of the chair, we'll do everything we can to keep them out of it.
We're proud to serve Chatham County and the surrounding areas. Whether you're driving down from Durham, paddling up the Haw River to see us, or a lifelong Bynumite, we're glad to take care of your children's teeth. As experienced pediatric specialists, the only thing we place above your comfort is your child's. It's our job to make sure they feel comfy when they walk into our office, and you feel informed when you walk out. It was our first time visiting the office and we had an absolutely ideal experience from beginning to end. We needed an emergency appointment and they worked with us to get us right in. Kevin and Heather worked with my daughter to make sure she knew everything that they were doing and put her absolutely at ease. The dental work was done quickly and professionally, but I was most impressed by their ability to work with my daughter to help create the best possible experience for her. Thank you! We will be back.

I continue to be impressed with the team at CPD. They are all friendly, inviting, and make the experience wonderful for the kids - all without making their office look like a zoo, jungle, or some other over the top kid decorated office. With Dr. Kevin and his staff - they don’t need to do these kinds of things to keep the kids comfortable and not nervous about going to the dentist. We continue to tip our cap to you, CPD!

Great dental hygienist from Sanford I don’t remember her name but she was the best and made Paris feel so special she helped us understand everything before we seen the dentist! The dentist was very kind too! They explained and made sure it’s the best plan for our child! They listened to our concerns and then decided what we will do together! If your baby has to have surgery what better place to be then UNC Chapel Hill Hospital! What a plus right! Thanks Paris is ready! I think being so small and getting it all out of the way at one time is the best so she want have a bad experience at the

Our child’s experience at Chatham Pediatric Dentistry was exceptional! The staff was extremely professional, considerate, patient and thorough. Our son has some special needs as well as anxiety about having his teeth worked on. Both the dental hygienist and the doctor were wonderful with him. The dental hygienist was the best we could have ever hoped for. She explained every single step to him, let him touch things, made sure he was comfortable, was very patient, kind and built trust with him. Just took my two-year-old for his first ever dentist appointment. I was so impressed by the tricks and creative ways the hygienist and dentist got him to cooperate and have an overall happy visit. The office was clean and pleasant and all staff were very cheery and kind. Very pleased with our experience with Chatham Pediatric Dentistry!

Best place ever! We recently moved to the area, and had CPD recommended to us by our previous dentist. The kids and I have never been to any other dentist (even when I was a child - same dentist), so branching out was hard and scary. From the second you walk in, the colors and vibe of the office are so relaxing, and the staff are beyond kind, efficient, and welcoming! My younger child has A LOT of energy (not fun when someone is in your mouth), and Dr. Kevin was great with him! The boys had different hygienists, and both were perfect!!
