This place will rip you off on some "investment" but it's just a life insurance. These agents aren't even licensed to do investments I had to explain the difference between a Trad IRA and a Roth to a BROKER. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else that has people who know what they are talking about

I don't think there anyone who likes to pay insurance policy's lol but overall been with this company for 8 years and although sometimes they drop the ball over all they are great at reminding you about payments before your policy expires . Wish they wouldn't wait that long but over all thanks for keeping me insured

I was with PHP insurance for over 9 years having bought a home owner's policy, a landlord insurance policy, an auto policy for two cars, and an umbrella policy, all with Safeco insurance. It wasn't until around November 2019 when I emailed the agent about getting an earthquake policy that I realize they had very poor communications and customer service. It would take them over 2 business days to reply to my emails. When I asked for changing the deductibles for my existing home owner's and rental policy, my questions were ignored. Those are just two examples of the slow service

Paul helped me out enrolling my wife to my plan thru covered california which is really hard to do these days with Covid19 situation. He was very professional, fast and friendly. I'll definitely keep my relationship with this office as my agents. Thanks Paul

I’ve been doing business with PHP for the last 6 years and have not encountered any issue with their service. Staff are always very polite and friendly, professional and efficient. However, their super star is Tony. He has helped me to understand all the pros and cons of the insurance policies, to choose the most suitable for my situation. He’s very patient and knowledgeable.

Came to switch car insurance to my new car . Simple task took almost 2 hours as our agent was not well trained and had to repeatedly ask questions about how to do things.

TERESA keeps calling me and trying to bug me, very persistent and annoying. I answered before and told her I am not related or know of some person who has an Asian name they couldn’t pronounce and I wasn’t interested in their insurance. Thought that was the end of that, but I keep getting calls, I block the number and they find a new line to call me in. I called back again to tell them to back off, let’s see how long that lasts.

I called them on last Friday to ask about the insurance plan. While all agents were busy, I agreed to let them call me back at 9 am on next morning - Saturday. I was waiting at 9 am on that Saturday but they would not call me until 10 am - I figured it out later . An agent named Paul called me and probably the connection was not good, I kept saying hello. Then, I did not hear anything back.
- I asked "Is everything ok?" as I had no idea who was calling me
- He was like "You asked me "Is everything ok?"
- I said: "Yes, you called me and you did not say anything so that's why I asked that"

I went here to change the title of my dads old car to my car because he had given it to me. So much faster than the Dmv. I had to pay a little fee of course, but it was worth it rather than waiting 5 hours at the dmv. Definately recommend for their dmv services.

This review is based only on customer service, Carrie is horrible with member service, probably because i was not same race as her, i was asking questions, on every single question she was answering with attitude.
When i got there, i told her i wanted to know if it was possible to switch agency because my agency is in Modesto. She didn't explained me it was not possible (the front desk told me it was possible) she just did a quote with a different company, i didn't request that.
Before i leave i wanted to speak to a manager, she said she is not here, i went to the front desk i explained

I had no idea how this place got good reviews when their service is terrible. They took my $$ for doing the job that I was too busy to take care of, and now I have to spend more time to deal with their business.
They had charged me $35 and took the car title which supposed to be sent to the DMV. After a month when I did not receive my new car title, I came to the office, and they gave me a duplicate request form to fill out and wanted to charge me another $40. What? Am I that stupid to them? Their responsibility is insured my paperwork reach DMV, and the duplicate request form is for when I lost

Here's the situation: my dad has been a loyal customer for them for a long time - bought car insurance with them for a long time, and they speak Vietnamese which was a huge plus.

We recently purchased a car, and in order to drive it off the lot, we had to have insurance on the car. On Saturday, we tried to call both PHP and our insurance and no one picked up. We tried all the numbers on our insurance card, and no one picked up!

It wasn't late at night; it wasn't early in the morning. How can an insurance company and my agent not pick up? What would happen if I got into an accident

This is the second time I renew here, the service is very good. Agents call to remind our family one week before new Open Enrollment begin

This review is specifically for Andy who helped us with our home insurance. I reached out to them for a quote and shortly after Andy contacted me and provided the quote.
