It covers medical bills, lost wages/income, pain and suffering, funeral expenses, and legal costs. This type of coverage is required in most states. This type of auto insurance coverage pays for damage to your car as a result of a collision with another vehicle. Collision insurance is optional unless your auto is financed (the lender will require you to have this).
When you think of homeowner's insurance, think "Protection." Most people simply cannot afford to rebuild their homes nor they have the financial ability to replace the valuable things inside. This place will rip you off on some "investment" but it's just a life insurance. These agents aren't even licensed to do investments I had to explain the difference between a Trad IRA and a Roth to a BROKER. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else that has people who know what they are talking about

I was with PHP insurance for over 9 years having bought a home owner's policy, a landlord insurance policy, an auto policy for two cars, and an umbrella policy, all with Safeco insurance. It wasn't until around November 2019 when I emailed the agent about getting an earthquake policy that I realize they had very poor communications and customer service. It would take them over 2 business days to reply to my emails. When I asked for changing the deductibles for my existing home owner's and rental policy, my questions were ignored. Those are just two examples of the slow service

TERESA keeps calling me and trying to bug me, very persistent and annoying. I answered before and told her I am not related or know of some person who has an Asian name they couldn’t pronounce and I wasn’t interested in their insurance. Thought that was the end of that, but I keep getting calls, I block the number and they find a new line to call me in. I called back again to tell them to back off, let’s see how long that lasts.

I called them on last Friday to ask about the insurance plan. While all agents were busy, I agreed to let them call me back at 9 am on next morning - Saturday. I was waiting at 9 am on that Saturday but they would not call me until 10 am - I figured it out later . An agent named Paul called me and probably the connection was not good, I kept saying hello. Then, I did not hear anything back.
- I asked "Is everything ok?" as I had no idea who was calling me

This review is based only on customer service, Carrie is horrible with member service, probably because i was not same race as her, i was asking questions, on every single question she was answering with attitude.
When i got there, i told her i wanted to know if it was possible to switch agency because my agency is in Modesto. She didn't explained me it was not possible (the front desk told me it was possible) she just did a quote with a different company, i didn't request that.

I had no idea how this place got good reviews when their service is terrible. They took my $$ for doing the job that I was too busy to take care of, and now I have to spend more time to deal with their business.
They had charged me $35 and took the car title which supposed to be sent to the DMV. After a month when I did not receive my new car title, I came to the office, and they gave me a duplicate request form to fill out and wanted to charge me another $40. What? Am I that stupid to them? Their responsibility is insured my paperwork reach DMV, and the duplicate request form is for when I lost
