Jeff and his staff assisted us in selling household goods, furniture, collectibles, etc. for my Aunt's house. It was a big job and the online auction was the way to go. We could have never netted the monies we did doing a sale ourselves. Jeff is a kind, truthful, understanding man, very personable and went out of his way to help make things easy for us.

Jeff Pennington was very professional and personal in handling my father’s online estate auction and the live auction of his home. Jeff along with his team were efficient and quick to organize all the memories. He showed the utmost respect while enjoying the stories we related as we went. I attend on average 3 live auctions a week and on occasions will do a online auction . I have done this auctioneers auctions 3 times and each and every time it was a hassle to register with him. He does not return phone calls and takes days to respond to emails. Just not a good way to do business. I my self would no longer go or bid at any of his in auctions. .

If I could give no stars I would. First off, takes quite a long time to return a phone call or email. Sent my husband an email accusing me of saying something which I never said at all. I called Jeff back and talked about it and all he could say was okay and then hung up the phone. We have bid online for four auctions and have always showed up to pick up the item with cash.
Overall, I just feel he is not too good of a businessman. Experience would be a zero star
