The auction method of selling is a quick and efficient way to liquidate property at fair market value. We as auctioneers and owners of an auction company and an auction house will help you settle an estate, sell your personal property, home, automobile, equipment, tools, etc. We take great care to properly advertise in local papers.
All items will be sold "ASIS" and in its present condition so please look everything over upon arriving at the auction. When one of the auctioneers brings down the hammer and the item is sold, the buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for that item. 7. We charge NO BUYERS PREMIUM on the contents of an estate auction or at a consignment auction.

I am an auctioneer of 21 years and have been attending auctions since I was 2. In the past 10 years or so, I've been saddened by the lack of customer oriented auctions. Today I attended Bullock's for the first time and I have to say I am so relieved, and impressed. Fantabulous customer service! Auction was well organized and staff was very helpful with customers who needed help setting their purchased items aside. There was also a young man on staff to help any customer who needed help loading. I felt like I was back in the "good old days" of auctions. I haven't been to an auction that even comes

Darlene and her crew are the best! My whole family enjoys attending auctions no matter if they are at her place or away at someone's home. They are fast, organized and fair. We always find unique items at fair prices and leave happy. Today we attended her grand opening at her new auction garage and it was wonderful. It's so nice to be indoors, in a clean venue with good food and a nice restroom. The crew is always helpful with questions and will give you a hand with anything you need. Thank you for having this spectacular day Darlene!
