Almost, 4 years ago I visited B&B looking for someone to do some upholstering

Great Job by B and B Thomas! We reupholstered our old sectional and we absolutely love the quality of the work. Christian came to our house to show us samples of materials and explained the entire process. He was so patient with us and did not rush us into anything. My husband and I loved the final product! I thought my leather sofa was shot. I paid a lot for this sofa and have had it since 1997. B & B Thomas did a FANTASTIC job on the cushions. It's as if they were new! Awesome service - they picked up and delivered my cushions ahead of the promised date. Great price. If you need leather furniture repaired LOOK NO FURTHER!

About a decade ago I hired B & B Upholstery to do work for me. BACK THEN "I did not have problems"with their customer service, lack of professionalism/communication poor workmanship and not completing the work as ordered.
Now a decade later: "Contract, Customer Service, Repair, Delivery, Guarantee and Service issues" read below! I contacted B & B Upholstery again this year (late Feb 2020) to do some work for me replacing fabric, which I provided for my seat cushions of sofa and loveseat, make modern arm covers for sofa and loveseat, replacing fabric on two bar chairs, make patio cushions exactly

Christian was a great joy to work with. He was responsive in providing estimates. We were given tons of samples to take home and choose our fabric and we’re never pressured into making a decision quickly. We had initially requested a 3 inch thick cushion for 4 different benches in our house but he had the foresight to just make once first and make sure it fit the space correctly. That was great because the 3 inch thickness ended up being too bulky and high for the space and we changed it down to 2 inches and they look amazing. You will not regret utilizing him for your custom Upholstry needs

I am having to pay someone else to redo my cushions on my sofa. What B&B did was not what I asked. I informed them that my current back cushions sagged and I had to fluff them up constantly. They are so stiff now since B&B redid them that they don't stay standing up. Otherwise my old cushions were very comfortable. I just needed something that was a little firmer so they wouldn't slouch down. Instead I was given hard memory foam padding and was told that they would soften up because I had a concern and asked them. Not only that they never softened up but when anyone sits

Great service and attentively detailed salesman. They really helped me bring some of the old furniture that I inherited back to life. I didn't really expect that they would be able to restore my grand sofa to original condition. But I completely blown away when the finished work was delivered. I have since gone to B&B for all of my restorations.
