When moving back to California, I knew that I would use Mark diVittorio as my agent. Not only is he my brother (yes you figured it out), but he is the best. He has connections for all of the loan officers, home, pest, plumbing inspectors and surveyors around. These connections were key to getting my house because I was able to shorten the escrow and inspection period which likely is what got me the offer acceptance

Mark sold our home in the Lotus area. This is a tough area to determine pricing and get interested buyers because it is a specific type of buyer who wants to live out there. There was the added challenge that our house was very unique for the area (modern, high end, but only 1520 square feet). Mark worked extremely hard to get us the best price. He offered multiple open houses, hustled to get photos and multiple drone videos done and kept on contact with potential buyers. He also went above and beyond to help us through a difficult time and a hard sale. The buyer's agent was with a unique company

My husband and I took a quick trip to Gardnerville, NV, and found a property we were interested in. We called Mark and he did research and met us in a day to go see the place. My mom actually found Mark when she reached out to him about a listing he had in Folsom. Unfortunately, the property had already sold but Mark offered to help me find another great property. Mark was awesome. We met up and he talked to me about what I wanted. He suggested some areas I never thought about and loved. Mark was super available and drove me and my family to see multiple properties. He has a background in construction so he pointed out many structural issues and other things to consider that I never would have thought about. He helped me out tremendously and avoided getting into a property

Mark is always ready to show a property and is professional and easy to talk to. He understands the market patterns both short term and over the long term, he knows construction and the area extensively. His network of service providers including loan officers is super helpful! He's a straightforward speaker and doesn't beat around the bush so I wonder if someone gave him a low star review because they couldn't get a loan and he cut to the chase or something....Because he is VERY professional. I recommend him to my friends all the time!
