This is the WORST appraiser that anyone could ever utilize. She appraised our estate property and got the number of bedrooms wrong, the number of bathrooms wrong the square footage wrong and then refused to return phone calls, emails and even text messages when the blatant errors were brought to her attention. She listed our property as having a gravel driveway when in fact it is paved asphalt. She appraised our house at $1,500,000.00.
