For more than 30 years More Than Glass has built a reputation for quality individual service in Richmond and Central Virginia. Cast glass is a molded or textured glass manufactured by using one of three different methods. Would not recommend. Extremely unresponsive and unreliable. They ordered the wrong shower three times, without offering any apology or correction. I even called the glass maker, who told me I should fire More than Glass (unfortunately at that point it was too late). When they finally did install the shower door, it was an absolute mess - adhesive was everywhere. They had to come back out and redo. The only reason they are receive a second star is because one shower was done properly and on time. Mistakes happen - but this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.

I bought a large piece of glass (4'x9') to cover our kitchen table. They offered options for the edge and corners and had my glass ready in a couple of days. I picked it up and they helped me load it in my vehicle. Whenever someone asks where we got the glass, I refer them to More Than Glass. Very happy with the product and service.
