I highly recommend Budget Glass. They have a wonderful staff and do excellent work at a good price. Jeff was so friendly and helpful when he came out, measured the broken window glass, gave me a good quote and then came back and installed the glass. I later took a different broken window glass into the shop and Jason was extremely helpful. They have same day service and he called me when it was ready for pick up.

I had a broken sash window, a fogged sash window, and a broken half-circle transom/arch window which were repaired at about $100 each. Budget glass provided same day service each time I used them. The location looks a bit like they wouldn't do walk-up service (it is a huge warehouse with a parking lot full of their own trucks which go out to do repairs/installs). I appreciated them for even being willing to work with a small time retail customer like me, and on top of that for offering me quick service at fair prices.

My dad contacted Richmond Budget Glass Company on Tuesday to inquire about replacing the glass on our RV while working on Tuesday. We spoke with a representative of the company who gave us different glass options along with a possible estimate. After having this conversation, we proceed to have the glass of RV removed Friday morning. I was referred to Budget Glass by a friend. I called them to install tub/shower glass doors. The estimate was done quickly but I was unaware of the options available to me. When the installer came out, he noticed the material didn't match what I currently have. He asked if I was aware of it, but I wasn't. So the installer wanted me to get exactly what I wanted and said that he would let the owner know. I spoke to Mike who went above and beyond to make it right. He ordered the new material and my shower doors were installed the next week. I would highly recommend them because of their stellar customer

I used budget glass to replace some windows while I was preparing my house for sale. Geno and Greg were friendly, courteous, prompt and a genuine pleasure to work with. They came and got my windows and were gone by 10:30 in the morning and have brought them back and installed them before 3:30 in the afternoon. Can’t recommend these folks highly enough.

Lower window sash got broken in our house. Everyone else we talked to either couldn’t get us an estimate or was considerably more money and also wanted 3-4 weeks. Budget glass was very affordable and was able to fix our window the same day we dropped off. Excellent customer service and very satisfied with work!

Excellent work. Had them out to replace a very large insulated 'eyebrow' window which had failed. The workman arrived on time, removed the existing window, made a 2 hour trip to the shop and back to build the replacement. They always kept me informed about what was happening and were always respectful of my property and furnishings. Would use them again without question.

NEVER order glass from this company. If you want one headache after another headache... give them a call. They are an awful company to work with for many reasons. Here are the top:
1) The Owner, Butch does NOT train his staff. Both Abby and Jason were incompetent when dealing with the pre-planning of a shower door install. They BOTH told me it would take a max. of 2hrs to install this simple shower door. NOPE ... it took over 4.5 hrs. INSANE. When I mentioned this to Butch- he did not care one bit. Nor did he try and make me the customer happy. He said "well, I guess I'm just

After 22 years in my home, a number of my insulated glass window panes were fogged. I removed one bad piece of glass from the sash (very easy) and brought it in. I needed a total of ten identical panes and they were all ready the next day!
All the new glass was nicely packed in cardboard which made getting them home easy. I did the first five replacements in a few hours and they all fit perfectly. The last time I needed a replacement pane I went to a competitor and it took a week.
I'm very satisfied with Budget glass.

What an amazing service! I had my restaurant vandalized on Monday night and had a big window broken in the dining room. Came to work in the morning worried how long it would be before I can get a glass company to come in and replace the plywood I put over the window temporarily.

Extremely fast and Friendly service! I needed two window panes replaced due to a broken deal that caused some condensation. Robert the technician who installed the panes was early for my appointment and extremely friendly and knowledgable. I will most definitely be using this company for all my window needs.
