Knowledgeable, friendly and timely service. For me, what I really appreciated is that they listened to what i was looking to achieve from a new suspension then they delivered it. They took the time to explain to a non-expert what they were going to do and how that would achieve what i wanted. (by the way, i wish i had changed suspension the day after i bought my bike, it is such a huge improvement in every sense). You can tell that they love what they do. This is the 4th time i have taken my bike to them and every time the service was completed when they said it would be completed and cost estimate

Hank did great work and was extremely thorough. I brought him a bike that had been sitting for YEARS and he had it running and road ready with new fluids, brakes, tires, plugs, grips, cables, etc. in under a month. And he didn't charge me an arm and a leg like other shops would have. I'm used to working on my own stuff because I'm pretty thorough, but Hank's attention to detail is unparalleled. It's impressive! Cannot recommend this shop enough. You will not regret bringing them your business.

Hank is a Great Guy...changed a tire for Me w I was in a jam,stopped what he was doing to help out-months later he's putting a new engine in my bike! I Highly recommend Hank!! Knows what he's doing & you can bet it'll be done right the 1st time.

I want anybody who rides a motorcycle to know that I lived out of state relocated here to NC and thanks to a recommendation found Hank. My motorcycle sat in a dealership for 3 months because I said something is wrong. At first I got it’s fine than they did work and said I’m good. Well after getting down here same problem. Hank has been the only one to diagnose those issue and fix it. Nobody but Hank will ever see my bike and I will recommend him to every biker I come across. Thanks again Hank

I had Hank rebuild my Harley last year....and man did he put the power to it....I won't ever take my bike to anyone else.

This guy is great. His prices are very reasonable and he does a hell of a job. I brought in a kickstand to have shortened. You cannot see the weld marks. I got estimates more than double than we he charged me. Thank you Hank, you have a new customer.
