Everyone here was so helpful. Joe specifically really helped me out when dealing with all the frustrations from insurance companies. He made it simple and made accommodations when I needed it. They went above and beyond with their customer service and very friendly. I was very pleased with the work they did on my car. It looked exactly like it did before my accident. Highly recommend!

Joe and his crew were very professional, pleasant and easy going. I would highly recommend you see them!! The doe decided to have a face to face with my truck. Although the before pictures do not clearly show the damage she hit the truck from the front tire and bounced down the side and rear of my truck. Joe and his crew have my truck looking brand new again. Thank you Joe and all of you guys you are so appreciated!! Unfortunately there was no deer jerky made.

We took our new Tahoe in that had a large scratch and dent on front passenger fender. Joe Heneke and his team not only gave us a fast and accurate quote, but gave us honest information and ways we could fix the vehicle ourselves if we wanted to. I'm happy we let them do the work because the large scratch and dent is not unnoticeable and looks brand new.

When looking for a repair shop to take my car and came across this business that had a perfect 5 star record on google, I knew it must be good. Joe deservingly earns 5 stars and more! Joe is spectacular with customer service and very genuine. I felt at ease doing business with him and knowing my car was in good hands. He is very good answering the phone and making sure everything is squared away. I even asked if he could touch up my spoiler that got scratched from my bike rack and he happily did so and free of charge!!! Talk about quality local business!

10/10 would recommend!!! I would take my family and friends there. Some one backed into my passenger door and I had a good sized dent and some paint issues. I took my car there and got a new door that matched the color perfectly of my car, then they went ahead painted my gas cover (which was another color when I bought the car), cleaned all the windows, and on top of that fixed my window that I haven't been able to use for quite some time. Thank you Joe for everything!

I had front end damage I needed repaired and had chose to bring my car here since I work close by and had heard great things about Joe and his team, and wow! I was so happy I did. Got in my first accident and needed it fixed. I had no idea what to do, what to expect or how things would turn out . I got a list of multiple repair shops and decided to go with Joe and Blue Springs Collision Repair in Blue Springs, Mo. All I had to do was drop it off and Joe and his shop handled everything else! I had no worries he told me he would take care of everything and he did, he is a man of his word. I could not be more pleased with the results, they did a wonderful job! Beyond satisfied with the work this body shop has done on my car, I️ will recommend Joe and his business to everyone I️ know. Not only did he make my Volkswagen CC look like new from the three accidents worth of damage, but he even made other small scuffs unnoticeable just because! He worked with me and explained perfectly how everything was going to work out and sure enough, it did! He truly cares about and gets to know his customers which is very rare.
