Hopefully this will never happen to anyone else, but we had just gotten our 2015 Honda fit, not a month later, it was un drivable because of very unfortunate events. We had talked to the dealer, and although they were friendly, I couldn't help but feel like there was a bit of overcharging in the quotes I received.

Alex and team fix my 2020 Highlander. Best body shop in town. The car look better than it was brand new. If you want your car fix with no problem, this is the place to go. This is second time I've used this body shop (first time to fix Infinity Q50 S and the second Toyota Highlander) and I can truly say it is the best out there. Thank you Alex.

Had a terrible looking scratch on my Porsche Cayenne. Alex and the guys at Prestige did a fantastic job with the door repainting. It came out of Prestige looking like it did the day it rolled off the lot. They even got the job done sooner than expected and customer service is white glove. First time I’ve used Prestige Auto but it won’t be the last. I have a new body shop.

They fixed my Audi Q8 twice, the bumper looks like nothing ever happened the color match is amazing. They used all OEM parts. Amazing and fast service they worked with my insurance and I didn’t have to do much but just pick the car up.

I am completely impressed with the repairs and paint work delivered by Prestige Auto Collision. Alex runs a top-notch operation and his team provided outstanding customer service, follow up and results.
All repairs were made on time as scheduled. I cannot say enough good about these guys, the quality of their work and their attention to detail is great. Additionally, my vehicle was to returned clean and detailed inside and out, great touch!

My cars was rear ended while on a trip. Luckily the person had good insurance and they said take it anywhere. I did a quick google search and people were RAVING about this place. So I contacted them and they got back to me asap. I had everything set up within the hour.
I took the car by over the 4th of July weekend and by the next week it was done. They only use factory OEM parts. The real deal.
The car looks better than new. Super fantastic job.
Chris helped me and answered all my questions and gave me assistance when needed.

Prestige is absolutely the best body shop we’ve ever used. We hit a deer on the highway (yikes!) at 4 am on the way to an early flight out of KCI, and it caused extensive damage from bumper to bumper. One of the doors even had to be entirely replaced. Alex and Chris and the team were professional, honest and did a beautiful job. They do terrific work and stand behind it, and kept us informed along the way. Prestige Auto did an excellent job of restoring my 2018 Honda Accord to a state even better than before the accident. My front driver’s side experienced significant mechanical damage in the steering and suspension systems leaving the car undrivable. Excellent work! As a result of a car crash involving my fairly new Toyota Camry, I needed someone who would restore the front of the car to its previous state. The car had a pretty rare trim, so I was worried it could be challenging to have everything the way it was. Fortunately, I was assured by Alex, the owner, that the car will be like new. Had my car repaired at Prestige after I was rear-ended. Prestige was so easy and helpful to work with. They worked seamlessly with the other driver's insurance company and got repairs done on schedule. Returned car with full tank of gas, washed and vacuumed, looking great. They were always very pleasant to speak with and patient in explaining things. I would recommend them, and would take my car again (although I hope I never have to!).

Back in January some old lady with a death wish did her damndest to get me to TBone her in an intersection. Apparently she didn't understand the blinking yellow light meant yield, but I digress. Anyway I brought my car into Prestige Auto for them to fix the front bumper, busted headlight, and front side panel. My car was with them for about a week while they ordered in the parts and matched up the paint. When I picked it up it looked like new again! I highly recommend Prestige Auto for any kind of damage that happens in the lifespan of your vehicle.

Alex and the team at Prestige did a great job for us. I owned my brand new Buick for only two days when we had a freak November hailstorm in Liberty.
Hundreds of dimples, many of the hailstones were larger than half-dollar size.
Alex and his PDR team worked very carefully and my car came out as good as new. You'd never know that damage had occurred. Alex understood my concerns and cared for the car as if it were his own. And the invoice even came in under my insurance proceeds.
My colleague whose truck was caught in the same storm was also very satisfied. I highly recommend Prestige

Not only did these guys exceed expectations with the body repairs, but they handled a maddening insurance situation like pros. The insurer responsible for the driver that damaged my wife's car was giving us an epic runaround. Every time I had to take another step to deal with the situation a sense of dread and misery settled in. Then I took the car and the paperwork and the mess to these guys and they just -handled it- without any more fuss. Prestige auto Collison repaired my brand new Nissan maxima. They made sure my vehicle was repaired with brand new OEM parts. They did an amazing job on the car, the paint matches perfectly, there is no sign of the car ever being in a collison. I brought my Ford Fusion in today at 3:30. Alex had quoted one hour to fix my bumper. I sat in a lovely room on a leather sofa- more like a doctors office than an auto repair shop.
I was enjoying the peace and quiet, 20 minutes later he came in and said he was done, and that it took less time than he thought.
So, very odd experience! Nice guy, clean and quiet place, car fixed Freakishly Fast, for less than quoted.
I must be dreaming....nope-car is perfect.

They did a great job doing a minor repair on the car cover for our Toyota. The painted car cover on our Rav4 had fallen off in a car wash and really got scraped up. Prestige Auto KC did a great job on restoring our tire cover - it look brand new. I also saw some of the auto body repair in their shop. The can definitely handle all types of major car collision repair and painting, but good to know they will take the minor ding and dent repair like our car needed.
