I started going here many years ago and i would refer Dr. Annie to my friends and Family, But lately this office has been a mess, no call backs, the only concern is money, will not call in prescriptions and just horrible....Looking for a new doctor and will not refer anyone else and having my friends and family go somewhere else also......Being greedy will have you lose customers

I love Dr. Annie. She and her staff are very warm and has great customer service. But their knowledge Of service I’m a little skeptical about. I’ve made two appointments for my fiancé that was not notated or whatever may have happened. Then their response it’s just oh and sorry. I accept the apology but this is twice nice now that you have inconvenienced us . He has taken off work twice to be there. Luckily we thought to confirm ourselves and didn’t make the drive. But get it together.

I was in search of a new primary care physician, and I couldn't have picked a worse time!! It's right in the middle of another huge COVID 19 spike, plus all the cold, flu, and cruddy bugs going around that everyone seems to have.
My normal go-to urgent care was completely full and unable to take me, so my search began!
Luck may have it that I came across Absolute Primary Care Center, and to my surprise, they were able to get me in for an appointment the very next day!

Great receptionist and nurses !! Unfriendly doctor that doesn't try to really find out what is wrong with you that gives you "common sense "type answers like you didn't already try that already. Very disappointed wasted my time coming to a doctor that doesn't care about patients. Kind of knew I wouldn't like it here based on the outer appearance of building.Would not recommend.

I LOVE DR. ANNIE!!!!!! I've been going to her for years and she's WONDERFUL!! I've only had 1 pediatrician and when I got old enough, Dr. Annie became my Doctor and has been my Doctor since!!! They always call me on time and leave voicemails if necessary. Even before my appointments they are checking on me back to back with calls and text to make sure I will be there. Everyone is lovely the area is always super clean! I never sit for too long waiting either. I'll stick with her for life I don't ever plan on getting a new Doctor!!!

This place is horrible, no one cares about you including the doctor. It was my first time ever getting a Pap smear done and I came here. Dr Annie did the procedure and when everything was finished she told me they would call me in a few days for my results. A month had passed and I never got a call. Over the phone they claimed they have no record of my visit nor did they have a specimen. I visited the office in person to pick up a referral and I questioned the receptionist about that Pap smear visit and what information they have on it. The receptionist tells me that they actually do have the date

This place does not do FMLA forms at all! What licenced doctor has a "No FMLA" policy? They also say your $65 new patient fee is refundable, but it's not! The nurse practitioner is cold & rude. Staff is inconsistent and doesn't give you clear answers. It was just a Really awful experience, waste of time and money.

This place is small and parking is crowded, but the staff is great. Making an appointment was very simple, they were able to see me the same week. I was seen by Nicole, who was the best PA I've seen in Vegas. She actually looks at you! I was surprised since my experience with doctors are always very quick. It is usually rushed and you really have to come prepared with your questions while you have them in that room. This was not the case AT ALL. She listened to my concerns and gave me feedback. Sometimes it hard to remember what that's like after years of having low expectations for docs here in

I thought this facility was absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous finding a primary care provider in Nevada as I've heard a great deal of horror stories but this place really put my mind at ease. I'm a new patient and on top of the new patient paperwork I was still finished in under an hour. The woman who examined me was an NP I believe she said her name was Reba and she had the most wonderful bedside manner. I can be a bit of a hypochondriac but she really took a lot of time to address my concerns and listen to me and that was so deeply appreciated because in the past with other healthcare

Doctor walked in with no smile on her face, tried to literally argue with me about how I was feeling & then just prescribed "Tylenol" for my headaches after her and I both agreed I have a concussion. She tells me "based off your insurance if you want to go get a full body scan that tells you exactly what's going on I don't think it'll be covered" How shameful and disrespectful.... I was the last appointment of the day and how sad is it that a new patient has to come waste $50 just to find another doctor again because of how horrible Dr. Hilary was being. Never

I have been searching for two years for a medical professional to successfully help me with my gout, after my doctor split town in 2018. I only saw him twice before he left. I was basically brushed aside when I tried to tell a few other physicians about my situation. Dr. Annie was VERY compassionate, concerned and thorough with her assessment. She actually LISTENED to me as I explained my plight, and wrote me the prescriptions that I so desperately have been searching for since 2018 (I'm uninsured). The price is right, the office is super clean, and the appointment was on time. I am so thankful

I was referred here by a friend of mines who's a veteran. At 1st I was so ecstatic about getting an appointment so fast. 1st 2 visits were with a P/A..I forgot her name. Visit after that was with whom I thought was the doctor..nope..another P.A. DR. A. Matthews. I feel like I wasted my time. I'm Disabled and going through my pending SSI/SSDI case. She can't fill out any paperwork due to not being a doctor?

Dr. Annie is amazing. It is so hard to find a good and truly caring doctor in Nevada but Dr. Annie certainly is one of the best doctors I've ever had. The entire staff is also super wonderful. I was in and out within 30 minutes on a new patient appointment and had plenty of time to talk with the doctor, that is unheard of these days. I work in healthcare administration so my review of this doctor and the staff is truly from experience with previous fails the many people I've also heard from. Thank you Dr. Annie ;)

I went to the office on Eastern first. At that location I was asked to pay $50 dollars although my co pay is $35. " First time patient fee" there is nothing posted regarding this. The staff was not very friendly and when they gave me paperwork it had the wrong birthdate on everything. I had to go back to all the paperwork for labs and etc corrected. The Dr was nice once I was seen and listened to my health concerns and I feel she requested the right follow ups to get a better idea of my overall health..... Now for a follow up I get a call and the person Asked for the wrong person and it was not

My experience with this clinic was bad from start to finish. My wait (with an appointment) was close to 3 hours; there also was not nearly enough parking or seating for the number of appointments they book at one time - I had to stand for awhile. The APRN I saw was knowledgeable and relatively friendly, but communication was awful. She directed me to provide a urine sample but gave me no instruction on what to do after giving the sample. I wandered around and eventually went back into the lobby where the receptionist informed me they don't test samples in house and I would have a prescription
