I was injected with the wrong vaccine at this practice.
I had three visits at Doctor's Center at N Tenaya Way:
1. I received the wrong vaccine: I came it to get a hepatitis b vaccine and bloodwork for school. I brought a PDF outlining what I needed to get done. After waiting for an hour after my appointment time, I was seen. I mentioned several times that I needed the 2-dose Heplisav-B vaccine and showed the PDF to the doctor. I received a vaccine and had 6 vials of blood drawn for the necessary bloodwork. On my way out, I started passing out, and had to stumble to the chairs mid sentence

I’ve been a patient at The Dr’s Center since July 2019. Doctors Brittany, Tony, & Leo have seen me on prior visits, and I’m happy to have that consistent 1-on-1 connection. DO NOT book through Zocdoc. DO NOT book this for this dr office regardless if the dr is good, the office is horrible.
Horrible service and I haven't even see a doctor yet.
Ps don't try to be helpful or proactive about proclaiming NON-exposure to COVID.
Apparently they'll cancel. And when you call they will transfer without telling you, or providing the next person with any information. (After the 3rd it's exceptionally aggravating).
They will blame YOU for having a note that is supposed to be to prevent them from calling for more information.
All could have been resolved

I have been a patient of Dr. Cappobianco for over 20 years now. He is patient, kind and compassionate. He is also skilled in many areas of his practice. He is someone I Trust with my medical and sometimes emotional well-being; as they are so connected. There are other physicians in his office and sometimes I may see one of them and that’s ok too. But if I need to see just him there is never a problem. The office staff can change from time to time but overall most of them are helpful and accommodating. He has a location in the Summerlin area also. Overall, he’s the best doctor I’ve had and

I have been a patient of Doctor's Center for a couple years, when my previous primary care doctor stopped accepting my insurance, and he called Dr. Leo personally to ask if he would be okay to transfer my care to him- and ever since I have been so grateful to have such a great primary care office. I prefer to always see Dr. Leo or Brittany Garcia the nurse practitioner. Even when I have a walk in appointment, I am always taken back very quickly, which I love.
Brittany is always very sweet to me, and I feel like when I am talking to her, that she genuinely cares about what I am going through

The two office women in the front are so friendly and out going, they make you feel welcome. The office Medical Assistants are very personable and friendly, your not just a patient or a number. And the Doctors and the Nurse Practitioners LISTEN to you. I haven t had a bad experience there and will make this clinic my Primary doctor office!!

Everything I value is found in this office! Easy call and appointment made on the date I wanted (new patient ,just 2 days in advance). Minutes to check in, exactly on scheduled time was called in. I don't remember when I spoke with medical personnel for 90 minutes! All my past problems (real or not) was documented. I've seen 4 nurses ( one was NP for sure). Part of my tests were done right there, during the visit, others scheduled for convenient for me time.
Giving 4 stars only because I saw a doctor for 1minute during this visit- he just showed up, introduced himself and left (?).

Ok here is a raw review from a Vegas native. This is about the best family doctor I've encountered living here for decades. I'm not talking about specialists, hospitals, or surgeons, I'm speaking general care.

After not having been to the doctor in about 6-7 years... the staff at Doctors Center made me feel welcomed, cared for, and heard. They addressed all of my needs with compassion. Scheduling my same-day, new-patient appointment was made easy because they sent my paperwork to fill out ahead of time. My initial appointment was completed in under an hour, including blood work (which was completed by the sweetest woman, who was incredibly gentle with me, as I am afraid of needles). This has been my Dr's office for a couple of years now and I'm very happy. Able to request appointments on line, although I haven't always been seen by who I requested, but I'm still happy. The staff have always been very friendly and seen pretty quickly. I did not like that I used to have to sit on a bed in the examination room rather than a chair, but I'm glad to say this visit I was able to sit in a chair! My only grumble is that they are not open at the weekend, so last weekend I had to pay $160 plus for a CareNow same day urgent care appointment.
Other than that, I'm a happy patient!

Called to setup appointment which was easy, convenient and fairly quick. When I arrived for my first appointment I was seen very quickly. Natalie Wynn and Catherine were accommodating and showed a genuine interest is my overall health without making me feel like just another patient. I definitely recommend this place.

According to some reviews, Doctor's Center in Vegas seems like they USED TO run a decent office. Now that is absolutely not the case. I moved to Vegas from the east coast and called Doctors Center to set up an appointment to meet with the MD to discuss a health plan and see if this might be my new PCP... This review is in regards to the Billing Department. So I had an appointment and was handed a paper telling me I have a balance which really threw me off because I was unaware and was just there for my appointment. Anyways I immediately saw a charge for something that I did not have done. So after my appointment I spoke to a staff from the billing department and she said that indeed it was a mistake so it was taken off my bill. This place is nowhere near me; however, I've continued to come back to this place due to the fantastic experience I had the first time. I have only been twice but each time was quick and efficient which is pleasantly surprising considering it's a doctor's office. The check-in process was simple and again, very quick even as a new patient. From the time I arrived until I was brought back was under 20 minutes. The NP I saw was extremely helpful and attentive. I'd like to start this out by saying that Dr. Carol Cherry is phenomenal and I would have loved to continue on as her patient if it weren't for the disorganized mess that happens at the front desk. They lost my paperwork and made me come in for an unnecessary appointment where I missed a half a day at work and were incredibly rude about the whole situation. Then I was charged twice for the same visit. Management is atrocious and I will not be going back to this place because of that. Also, the waiting room is complete chaos. No social distancing and people coughing all over the place

This place is a zoo. Doctor is a real a$$h@!e. He is rude. Terrible to his staff. I couldn't even go in the room with my daughter for moral support. Acted as if I were a burden. Never ever go here. Staff looks so unhappy. I would be to if I worked there. He needs to take some anger management classes and lessons on better bedside manners. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. Never again!!!!

This should be call "NURSES CENTER". Good job at PROLONGING MY ISSUE. I guarantee when I go to a new doctor today I'll have to be put on stronger medication because you STAVED ME OFF. It's really great feeling sick from antibiotics and then telling your NURSE that my issue isn't resolved only to be STAVED off. The medication you HACKS left me with has done NOTHING.

Extremely unethical and deceitful billing practices. I called prior to a visit to clarify what my out of pocket would be and they asked me for my insurance information to verify coverage then informed me it would be $30 for my copay which I paid at the time of my visit.
I paid the copay at the time of my visit and thought that was it. About 6 months later, they send me a bill of $66.75 saying that I owe that amount. They NEVER mentioned I may owe more or be billed at a later time prior to my visit when I called or during my visit when I paid.

Dr. Capobianco is a cliche and a joke, just not a funny one. I've had high end PPO insurance my whole life, currently I have state provided insurance. The second Crappobianco saw the insurance I had his demeanor, attitude and treatment shifted dramatically. My wife is 33 years old and was in the hospital for a bleeding brain.
