The ingredients aren’t real fruit. They say it’s real but it’s fruit in cartons. High calorie and the lady is rude never again.

Extreme nutrition us AMAZING!! we live 5 hours away & searched hi and low for the get f#cked up pre workout & found it through them. they could have said "yes maam if you make it up here we got plenty in stock " instead he shipped it ASAP it arrived in 2 days with ALLLLLLL KINDS of extra samples packed in! i am def. rating Extreme a 10! i am a… customer for life- they were also 10$ cheaper than Bay City. there is nothing i could say less about their customer service except i hope i can one day try one of their famous shakes i keep reading about.
