Earlier this month I applied for Planet Bardot's personal stylist position. After interviewing, I received an email from their HR that "buying office experience" is required. However, in the job description it does not state that "buying office experience" was a requirement. I feel like their job posting was very misleading and I was very disappointed that I did not get the position over something I had no idea was a requirement that they had. I've been shopping here since they opened a few years ago. The owner does a fabulous job of curating a beautiful store full of top notch designer clothing. However, one thing that has always put me off, and made me take a pass on this place when out shopping, are the high pressure sales tactics. It's one of those places where the owner / salespeople suggest stuff for you while you're just trying to browse with really no rhyme or reason (and even if it's the totally wrong size) just to increase the sale. You have to experience this place to appreciate it. Love the building,love the location,love-love the people! Better part of Dallas area. If you've only a little bit of time,or are looking for a very reasonable trendy new wardrobe(women's) near your hotel, this will be the only stop you will need. LOL! This place is absolutely trash. I am happily giving them 1 star. Not even two seconds after I pulled into the parking spot, these two bimbos at the front made hand gestures shooing me away as if I wasn't going to go in there to make a purchase. Guess what? I was going in there to purchase a gift. Reading the other reviews, it seems like this is a common theme! Avoid this place!

I have been a customer of Planet Bardot ever since I moved to Dallas from New York 5 years ago. Diana has fantastic taste and has a great selection for those looking for a more street fashion vibe. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. They take the time to get to know you. If you are looking to step into a curated closet of wonderful style, I highly recommend the trip to this great boutique on Knox!

They have a few nice items but their merchandising is awful. All is packed, no creativity so you can't see anything. The owner has to do the buying because it looks she just got a bunch of stuff she'd seen in magazine. Anyway, I've still found a few pieces here and there but the owner always made me felt uncomfortable. So just 2 stars...

If I could rate less than one star, I would. The fake "California tanned Mama" who owns the store is aggressively "fake charming". Unfortunately, I spent over 3K there. I was oversold...I went home, and decided that this was a ridiculous purchase. I bought shoes which did not fit. I returned everything They hover over you, over-sell, have over-priced imported merchandise and the beat goes on and on.

This was the worst experience I have had a clothing store. Went in for the brand AG jeans and my boyfriend went to the Apple Store. While I was on the phone with my mother in the hospital blonde employee was following me around and asking about where my truck was parked. In front of their store of course. Boyfriend made me the deal that he'd go to the Apple Store while I shopped at
