We loved working with Fine Designs for our Youth and Young Adults event. They were so helpful throughout the design process, working with any idea we had. Any change I wanted to make, they were more than willing to do. In the end, our T-shirts and sweatshirts were so nice, and even better than what I thought they'd look like! Will definitely be working with them again!

FineDesigns main goal is to have all customers that are purchasing merchandise, be satisfied with their purchase and walk away with a smile on their face. Also, they treat event directors like family. They always stay to the last minute at any meet and they make sure that everyone at the event who wants a shirt or hoodie gets one. They really stepped up there game on customer service in the past few years, by making sure that the whole process goes smoothly for the customer. These guys are horrible! They do not know how to run a business. After running out of gear for a championship game, we ordered the gear. Paid well over $60 for a hooded sweatshirt and a month later, still nothing at our doorstep. I've tried emailing and calling them. Email and voicemail boxes are full, so I can't even leave a message. I smell a scam! I'm urging local tournaments to not use them! They often run out of gear at tournaments and I see how they 'steal' from patrons now. It's bad and wrong!!!
