Tami Pounds, our owner, has been in the food and beverage industry for more than 38 years. For almost 20 years, she had the privilege of working with three successful local lake arrowhead caterers. Wild Thyme, Casual Elegance and Panache Catering. She learned what was needed and started her own catering business.

There are no amount of stars worthy of what you get when you work with Tami. We hired her to cater our daughters wedding on October 16, 2021. We wanted to work with someone local to her Destination and I must say it was the best decision ever. She was calm and cool through last minute venue changes and guided us through some big hurdles. Her food was spectacular and our guests have raved about it all from the appetizers to the mini hand pies and caramel apples at the end. As for the main course all 3 options were amazing. Her staff was professional, and helpful and they all far exceeded our expectations
