Founded in 1994, Annette Cook created a line of children's products in an array of calming colors that soothed the senses, gathering inspiration from her three sons, Grayson, Chase and Preston. She used the softest flannels, satins, and knits as the foundation of the brand. In 2012, Annette lost her courageous battle with cancer.

We recommend washing on a delicate cycle in cold water with a gentle detergent (no fabric softener). Please lovingly care for your Barefoot Dreams product to retain the softness. Barefoot Dreams is machine washable, however, our fabrics do not like heat and we recommend a cool wash on the delicate cycle and gentle/air fluff in the dryer for a minimum time only.

Luxurious loungwear to take you from a morning coffee run to a sunset stroll and everything in between. Made from the softest fabrics, our collection provides comfort and warmth for the whole family.

If I could give zero stars… I would. I bought a gift for someone that the unfortunately already received… After emailing and calling multiple times about a refund I have still yet to hear anything. They did send the package though, which to me seems to be more than what they usually do. Never buying without reading reviews again!!!!!

Don’t order from them if you don’t want them to take your money and never deliver the product. Worst customer service EVER!!!! After we spent over $1,000 in their Malibu store I decided to order a few items as a gift for my husband’s birthday. Placed an order on September 13th, never got any confirmation email even the amount was charged from my account. Three days later (on September 16th) I received an email that the package was shipped. The tracking number showed that the package was delivered (it never was!) the same day I received that email. Not only my husband never got his birthday

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Sent to the wrong address, no apology, no explanation. I've purchased a few items from BD over the years for both myself and for gifts. NEVER AGAIN. Lost my business. You shouldn't treat your customers like that.

Very poor customer service. I think 3 people work here out of their garage or something. Great product, but never order directly from company. They don’t return calls, refund for items not shipped, or honor sales prices once they decide they have sold too many at the discounted price. I have to say the most bizarre customer service experience in my life. I will be disputing charge.

Received my Barefoot Dreams in 2 days, direct from company. Absolute dreamy softness that leaves me feeling like I'm wrapped in my favorite blanket. I love every BD piece I have. Great for traveling. Barefoot dreams' customer service is a Barefoot NIGHTMARE! They completely ghosted me. When my online ordered package arrived without an item (gift for my Senior mom), I called and emailed several times for a week and nobody has returned a call or an email. No acknowledgment at all. If they are too busy they can at least have an auto reply or a voice recording saying so. They brag so much about their celebrity clientele. Guess us regular everyday customers who keep them in business just aren't worth their time.

I ordered a gift on 11/29 and received a confirmation email with an order number. I have called their “customer service” number and left over 10 voicemails requesting someone to call me back. I have emailed the company with no response. I have no idea why no one will answer my calls but it has been over a month of trying to track these people down. I would give this company a 0 if I could. My credit card was charged for the item as well.

I can't preach any higher about how this lifestyle brand has presented themselves for the past 25 years. As they advertise and in my opinion they really truly have the SOFTEST/COZIEST PRODUCTS for the whole family. don't listen to me thou, the Oprah Winfrey has coutinuily putting Barefoot Dreams on her list of favorite things year after year since 2007. I've been buying they're product since they began and every purchase Ive made online has made to my door in perfect condition and timing.

This is truly the WORST customer service that I have EVER experienced in my life. I placed a Black Friday order. I’m still waiting for it and it’s mid January. It’s not backordered. It was a gift! I have called 26 times. I had to leave messages because nobody EVER answered the phone. And I even emailed a handful of times with NO response. Horrible experience with the company. I purchased a cardigan online during the holidays within an hour of ordering, I requested to cancel the order. They ignored my email and sent it anyhow. They received my return the 11th of January and have yet to receive my refunded money. When I email them, they ignore my emails. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company, I'm extremely concerned I will not receive my money.
