I had a great experience working with Bret. He was very patient and took the time to understand what I was looking for, trying to narrow down the perfect vacation spot for me! Even though this was not the first piece of property I have purchased, it was quite a different real estate transaction for me and Bret explained things so I could understand what was going on the entire time. I will definitely work with Bret again for buying or selling in the Truckee area!
