I will say I’m shocked on my experience based on the reviews and the conversations I had. I was very upfront when setting up my consultation that I had an emergency hearing coming November 30th. I proceeded to schedule my consultation and pay the consult fee. I spoke with the attorney, again letting them know about my hearing on the 30th. I was told my consult fee would be put towards my retainer. I called back for some more questions and then was told no one would be available to help me on November 30th for my emergency hearing due to a trial (which are not last minute). I feel like I paid
