Our approach to our practice is a little different from that of other law firms. We do not take a lot of cases. We instead try to limit ourselves only to cases where people are genuinely injured, and which we feel are meritorious. We believe in a hands-on approach to legal services and pride ourselves with individualized service.
Liability means fault. Whose carelessness caused the accident? More than one person could be responsible. If so, the negligence of each person is compared and used in the determination of your recovery. Causation asks the question, what was the cause of your injuries and are they specifically related to this loss, or made worse as a result of this loss.
Why spend more to fight a less expensive fine? Why shouldn't I just pay my traffic ticket by mail? I committed the traffic related offense, why should I fight the ticket? Do I need an Attorney? Is the police officer required to show me the radar/laser gun results when issuing the ticket? Do I have to appear in court for a traffic related matter?

Frank and his team are absolutely amazing. If I had an issue with any of the services I was receiving during my healing process they was happy to speak to the doctors on my behalf.
