It would have been extremely difficult to attend my court date in traffic court due to travel restrictions and work, and his office was recommended to me as a possible alternative option. John was professional, up front with what I could expect, and extremely responsive. It was clear that he is very experienced with traffic court, and all worked out as ideally as possible. Horrible representation, rate are very high and doesn't bother to tell you when your court date, made a "deal" with the DA without consulting me, by then it is too late!! Add the Hugh rate and "THE DEAL" which involves court fees! I should have been cleared of all charges, just because the person that actually caused the accident "claimed injury" on my insurance company, which they also paid because they don't care they just want report closed no matter that she was lying, all this after she said she was fine. I hired Mr. Radziewicz a little over a year ago for my criminal defense attorney. While my circumstance was complicated and not the most ideal situation to be in, Mr. Radziewicz took a genuine interest in my case and spent more time working with me than I anticipated.
