I go to my FAVORITE hairstylist here, Megan who always has a pleasant attitude and is sweet as pie! She even made my coffee for me today! She is highly sought out by many because she is so great! The salon has a nice atmosphere, fun music and is very relaxing. Its a great location too and easy to get to!
I highly recommend this salon!

When I called to reschedule today due to the weather we incurred since 3:59 this morning I was told by the front desk that they were annoyed I was rescheduling again. Well to be honest the front desk messed up my first appointment if we are being honest!! My correct appointment I rescheduled because I was ill. In today’s world not to spread germs. My second I was still at work and could not go. So this would have been the third today; however, I had to be approved to go by them. I have only been a customer with them since 2012 and I have driven from NC at times to go there. I find the front desk

Sylvia was wonderful! She was able to take me for a haircut last minute and she knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted long layers with curtain bangs. Because I have curly hair, she was mindful of the shrinkage that would come with the style once I washed my hair. She was helpful and made me feel heard in the process. Thank you! I’ll be back for sure.

Rec’d the Day of Royalty spa package for my Birthday & went today! It was fabulous! Helen, Sergey, & Shannon were top notch & took great care of me. I highly recommend & will be back :)

The therapist I had was great. He worked on the areas that I specifically asked for without hesitation and was very professional. But, when I came out of the room to pay I over heard another employee say here she comes ( two other employees were sitting there, I assumed they were speaking about me ) I thought that was very unprofessional even if the therapist said something to them about my session. I will return just because of him, but they need to teach their employees some manners.

Very clean and nice salon. The staff I've incurred have all been very pleasant. They also offer a wide variety of services. The last service I had was an eyebrow wax and I was very satisfied. I'll be going back soon g

Did not have a good experience. Nail polish was thick and looks "globby" on my nails. Pedi did not leave my feet soft, usually my feet are soft and callus free after a pedi... not this time. A large spider crawled across the room while getting a mani.

I’ve been going to Ashley for almost a year now for my pedicures and haircuts and color. I can’t speak highly enough about her! She always takes her time, listens, and makes you feel so relaxed. You can tell she takes pride and enjoys what she does. I always look forward to my appointments with her!
I also appreciate the staff always being so friendly!

I can't say enough good things about this place! A friend (who's hair always looks awesome) recommended that I go to Kelsey. I had the best experience from start to finish. She listened to exactly how I wanted my hair and took her time and did not make me feel rushed. She was super professional and unbelievably NICE. She was very knowledgable and the way she layered my hair, you can tell she is so very talented! She made me feel very comfortable and I left there feeling like I never want anyone else to touch my hair!

My father got me a gift card last year for my birthday. I was very impressed with the salon/spa and their friendly staff. The spa and massage was amazing!! My father asked me what I wanted for my birthday again this year and I told him I wanted to go back to this salon/spa. I would highly recommend this place because the prices are affordable, staff are very friendly, and services are amazing!! I will be a returning customer for years to come!!

Came here today to get a cut and highlight. Shannon did great with my colors but did not get the layered look that I was looking for.

Ziyan is great! The salon is clean and comfortable. Lindsey has done many Brazilian Blowouts, highlights, and cuts for me. She does a fantastic job each time. The color is natural looking and the trims are always just right. It's amazing how smooth she gets my super curly hair after a Brazilian Blowout. The staff she works with seem very nice as well. If you're looking for a good hair salon in Lexington, I highly recommend Ziyan!

A blow out for me usually lasts 3-4 days .Went in for shampoo and blow dry half a day in my hair was looking oily wasted my $40 for a short hair

I LOVE Ziyan~ BRANDI is #1 with lashes! I am in the wedding industry and I work with hair and makeup people every weekend~ Brandy's lash jobs look so natural and I always get compliments on how pretty my eyes are~Thanks Brandy!! Plus she has a sparkling personality!

Didn't have a pleasant experience at all. Don't plan on ever going back. I have never had a waxing where the person didn't wear gloves, but almost did until I requested gloves to be worn. I called the manager and she acted like that was normal procedure. Totally grossed me out. Does anyone know if this is normal procedure?

So let me say how amazing it was. I get massages twice a month in Atlanta. So I am very much used to a good massage. This was phenomenal. It was 6 of us and their service was impeccable. Everybody raved about their massage afterwards. The masseuse took their time and really took great care of us. Do yourself a favor and go.

Kym is amazing! She does an amazing job on my hair. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. I highly recommend her!

I came here with my bridal party for massages and it was great! We got 30 minute massages and Ziyan exceeded my expectations! I feel refreshed and ready to finish wedding planning. I would recommend to all, and the complimentary wine is the cherry on top!!!

This my long thin hair but with the help of Apryl Newton it is now fine thick and full again.

I have seen Karina for years for my brow waxes. She does a fantastic job and always works me into her schedule. I can't imagine seeing anyone else to get my brows waxed.

When I arrived the desk staff was not welcoming and when I left I was not offered an invitation to return, which I want be. I was not asked what type of pedicure I would like and it was rushed and not worth the $40 I spent. One last thing I had to listen to the nail tech talk about one of her clients husbands hitting on her all the time. Really????
