Glenn, Christian, and Johnny in the Service department and John in maintenance are a solid working crew. Even though they sell and service KTM, Royal Enfield, and Indians; they took in my BMW to replace my tire, fix my valve stem TPMS sensor seals, and perform a quality safety inspection before my big trip to California.

I have been looking for a reliable place to do work on my victory hammer since all the victory dealerships closed. Most dealers aren't interested but I brought my bike in for tires, a safety check and some routine maintenance and was very pleased with the service. They were pleasant and professional, the work was completed quickly and the price was significantly less than I was expecting. Will definitely be returning. Thanks

In My Opinion, miss managed, bad employee training, lots of turnover. Made an appointment 5 weeks in advanced. 3 items to be completed: 1)State Inspection, 2) Additional Key Fob, 3) Install the Navigation Software. Appointment was for Saturday July 10th. Dropped off bike on Thursday July 8th. Called at 2:45 on Saturday July 10th to see if the bike was completed. Put on hold over 5 minutes so i hung up. Service person called back and explained the state inspection was completed, he said the other items were not as they dropped the ball and forgot to order a Key Fob and the Navigation Software. Asked

From the date of drop off, my machine was there for 2 months for a claimed 2 week job. They never proactively called with updated estimates or timeline. Each time we called, we were promised conclusion within 2-4 days. I called 8 times over the 2 months. They provided one quote for parts then three and a half weeks later I was given a bill for 3… times that amount including labor. Additionally, the service manager complained about the difficulty of working on machines like mine. I don’t know what the quality of the work is and they need a lot of work with customer service.

I was contacted by the Dealership to purchase my 2016 Scout ABS fully loaded with Dealer installed bags, windshield, passenger seat, and sissy bar. etc. A price was agreed on over the phone and they asked me to deliver the bike to them 140 miles away. They checked out the bike in the van (no damage), started and rolled it off. The salesman drove… up and down the parking lot then dropped the bike at the shop for further inspection. The bike has 2,447 miles on it and has never been dropped. After 20 minutes the Salesman invited me into his office and offered $500 less than the agreed on price

They are not concerned with selling you a bike they want to fit you with the bike you want. Knowledgeable staff and great service. They welcome you as if you are in a boutique not a showroom. They encourage you to make yourself at home and experience the products for yourself or with help if needed.

This place is a joke. Called and made an appointment with Chris to test ride a KTM Duke 390. He guaranteed me that it would be ready by 10:15. When I showed up, after calling again to verify the appointment, the bike wasn't ready. He told me to wait an hour and then it should be good to go. The unfortunate part is I live in murrysville and made the trip all the way up here for nothing. I explained to him that we were going out of our way to make the trip up this way, and he told me not to worry everything would be set up and ready to go for when I got there.

Wasted an entire day called ahead and let them know id be coming from 2 hrs away to possibly trade a bike in and told them where id like to be on price and he said we can work with that before making the drive called them again and let them know what was going on with my bike and he said bring it out got there and he offered me half of where i wanted to be at huge waste of my time.

Wow! Many thousand thanks to this place. Justin. Ken, Chris, Bill and the guys in the shop...THANK YOU! I was on vacation from 300 miles from home and my Victory Vision rear tire decided show the cords. … These guys picked the cycle up and got me asap and replaced a new tire. And if that wasnt enough, they fed me lunch! Thank you from Ohio!

I have been back several more times since my initial review, and in that time, things have continued to improve here in all departments, including sales and parts. There are now more accessories and clothing available for Royal Enfield customers, and Chris at the front desk greets me by name now when I walk in. The parts dept. has also gotten better, and Alexis and Paul have a good grasp on Royal Enfield parts, accessories, and apparel. Cheers!!
