Heard good things about this place from a friend so I went up looking for a bagger. Nancy was very helpful and friendly. Met Bill the owner when I sold my streetglide, he was just as friendly and great personality. Now I just stop by to check new inv, merchandise and occasionally parts for the vrod. Always get warm welcome by Nancy.

I've used the website to order parts. While the ability to view blow out diagrams and order any individual part is great, the shipping makes me wish I had driven to a local HD dealership to get a common part. My bike is in pieces in my garage and It's taking most of a week for the American Heroes at the USPS to get a vacuum petcock from New Castle PA to the Washington DC suburbs.
