THEIR HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SCREAMS "WE DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS"!
Septic alarm sounded for the first time since moving in 3 years ago. Prior owners had a business card taped to the alarm for W.C. Lowery which said "If alarm sounds, call immediately". Called and left a message. By noon the next weekday, had not received a call back. So - rang them again. Spoke to Warren (the "W" in WC Lowery?). Told him everything that I had relayed in the voicemail message - and that we were weekenders who would not be back until Friday afternoon.
