I recently sold my house and had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Kristal. They pumped and inspected my septic which was found to have roots growing through the headerlines, distribution box, and in the holding tank. Of course we wanted to fix the problem because we needed to sell this house before our move. I called and spoke to Kristal. Horrible customer service - Don't Trust that you have a rental even after they have confirmed! Had an email confirmation that a luxury porta potty was reserved, check and contract was submitted on the day of reservation. They stopped responding when I started following up after my check was never cashed. They ignored my phone calls and emails, and finally admitted to renting the specific porta potty to someone else. Take your business and money elsewhere. Very disappointing to be treated this way when trying to utilize local services.
