After working with Brian Gabriel and his legal assistant Yanira, I now feel like more than just some client, I feel like someone that they all are seriously proud to have represented in achieving the best possible outcome. Mr. Gabriel took a really difficult & twisted up he/said she/said DV case and worked through numerous uphill battles to finally obtain an acquittal in a vicious jury trial.
I want everyone to clearly understand that as an accused male in a DV case; there is an immense difference when it comes to criminal defense attorneys in the Treasure

Brian Gabriel is an Unethical WEASEL!
He demanded a $3500 retainer of which was provided but after discussing the case with him his pessimism and lack of confidence led me seek competent representation. I requested a refund of my hard earned funds and although Bryan had not even lifted up a pen for this case he refused to return it.Thankfully I retained a competent attorney who was able to get the case dropped.
Only a Scumbag would keep somebody's money in their time of need of assistance!

Receiving a traffic violation is never a good thing. But receiving a traffic ticket when you first move to a new state and are unfamiliar with the traffic laws is overwhelming. This is how I first met Mr. Brian Gabriel. Being new to Palm Beach County and needing a good and knowledgeable attorney is frightful. But Mr. Gabriel's credentials were hard to ignore. What is even more remarkable is that he lived up to his credentials and many more. I was facing a moving violation fine that came with a hefty fine and many points on my driving license. Even worse was the matter than this ticket occurred
