Dermaplaning is the process of using an ultra-thin, straight-edge razor to scrape layers of dead skin off of the surface of your face. We have noticed lately a variety of Dermaplane products being marketed direct to customers.

I scheduled a spa day with them to celebrate my good friend's wedding. I had the spa date set up for 2020, but with COVID, we ended up pushing everything back a year.
The spa day was for 11 girls for a 4 hour time slot (confirmed for 11AM-3PM), and after about 5 phone calls to get it all set up, I thought it was good to go.
I sent out the evite, and we were really looking forward to it.
About a month later, I received a voicemail to confirm the spa date for 2020. They must have saved last year's message. I didn't mind. I called back to let them know, and I reconfirmed the new

We did not enjoy our couples massage here. Both therapists were extremely rough and hard with their pressure and we were sore for multiple weeks after with bruises and aches. We kindly asked several times for lighter pressure and nothing would change. Adding an extra star because the spa itself is lovely, however, we don't need to go back.

Just got my notice for BOGO scam and thought I should warn everyone. I lost 3 $100 BOGOs from last year that the owners would not work with me.
THEIR BOGOs ARE A SCAM!
BUYER BEWARE:
An overly ignorant and rude woman will try to allay your fears, promising you she will work with you and try to convince you of some 'exception'. Problem is, these BOGO issues have been experienced by MANY people who would rather just never go back than write a review.

This is a great spa to have a girls' day of treatments. We had the hot/cold stone massages, facials, manis, and pedis. The massages and facials were excellent! The manis and pedis were good and offer a selection of homemade scrubs. Bring cash for tips and exact amounts if you are tipping multiple techs! There were some snacks and teas available. We did see people eating when we walked in but had already eaten.
The locker room/bathroom is extremely small and tight.
Parking is available on the street in metered spots. Both metered and non- metered spots are only good for two hours

I've never had a massage before, and I noticed there were lots of good reviews of their experience with Rita. So I went for the first time on Monday ! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rita was wonderful, she was very professional and a people person. She made my first experience amazing, I even made my next appointment with her ! Can't wait to go back and see Rita !

I booked a 60 min Swedish Massage with Wanda and she was FANTASTIC! We had a consultation first and that helped with this perfect massage. The perfect balance of moderate pressure, a little extra to work on those knots and light and relaxing. She helped me feel comfortable and relax without being too chatty like some other places I've tried. I recommend the spa, but I emphatically recommend Wanda for massage!

I came here a couple of weeks before my wedding. As expected, I was so stressed out and my back was in knots. I live close by so I figured I'd try here since it was convenient. I am beyond happy I came here. The entire place is so relaxing. The music, smell, and scenery is like a dream. Each massage room is different and has a European style. The massage I received was everything I needed. All of my knots were released and I felt like a new person. All of the products they use are organic which is very nice to know. Afterwards, I was offered tea and I sat in the relaxation room. I was so sad

Very disappointing, especially for a $65 manicure. I haven't found a good manicurist in Pittsburgh and when I was given a gift certificate I was hoping that Esspa would be the exception but they are not. I had my nails done in Korea previously and they did I fantastic job and I showed the manicurist what they did so well, most specifically that they didn't go over my cuticle when painting them which allowed the manicure to last three weeks. My girl was very sweet but as you can see from the pictures, the paint is sloppy. This will lift in a couple of days as my nail grows out away from

Oh sweet Heaven. The problem with ESSpa is that it's ruined me for life with other massages. I once went to Massage Envy and didn't understand what it was they thought they were doing.
I go about twice a year, because it's not incredibly close and it's pretty pricey. The massages are definitely worth the price tag though.
Recently, I had a 90-minute Swedish massage with Wanda Copp and it was absolutely amazing. She really took the time to know what was bothering me and focused on those areas. I felt like a new person.
I also had a manicure, which I wouldn't recommend
