I have done a lot of research over the past few months to try to make my own wine, spoke to several people that make their own wine and went in to purchase grapes somewhat confident. I asked for a little advice on which grapes to mix and they sent me to talk to Joe in the back. Really glad I did, he was already talking to a few people, several were standing there just listening. Everything he was explaining matched my research but explained the parts that would be difficult to word in an article and book. He put several myths people asked about to rest and everyone in the room walked out very happy
