Since 1985, BASE Plastics has been a leader in the plastics industry, providing a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art products, including bags, film, liners, covers, sheeting, and tubing. We produce a broad spectrum of stock items, but specialize in custom orders of all types. At BASE Plastics, we're obsessive about quality control.
BASE Plastics was founded in 1985 by Mr. Reuben Rosenberg and Susan Rosenberg. Their goal was to provide a rapidly growing industrial world with superior, cutting edge plastic products for a complete spectrum of needs at the lowest possible prices. The nascent company quickly emerged as a leader in product innovation, quality, customer service, and value.
BASE Plastics is a leader in implementing innovative programs to maximize the scope and efficiency of our recycling. We recover both post-industrial and post-consumer plastic scrap for recycling, totaling over 50 million pounds of recycled plastics in 2006. Plastic bags and film are collected, recycled, and channeled into the same market application.
Prices are subject to market changes. Prices are generally firm for 30 days unless noted. Prices are subject to raw material fluctuations. Custom bags are subject to an overrun or under run of (+/- 25%) quantity. Tolerances: Due to standard industry manufacturing practice of running bags with a 10% gauge variation, Base Plastics reserves the right to schedule all bags with a 10% gauge tolerance.
