Worst quality product ever. I spent $80 on bows to match all my daughters outfits. Every single one falls apart after one use. The company does not stand by their product as I have contacted them with pictures & complaints. I’ve purchased a hot glue gun to fix them as they fall apart in an attempt to salvage the 80$ I wasted...buyer beware!!
And to the owner who claims to stand by their cheaply made products...First of all I never received any return label, secondly why would I return bows that I’ve invested all my personal time & money into. As originally stated I purchased a hot glue gun

I can not say enough great things about this company. My daughter loves all of the clothes and bows that we order from them. The quality is always great and their customer service can not be beat! Not only did they ship my items quickly (within 48 hours I had tracking info and within 4 days, I had my items. That's pretty quick considering it shipped from Texas, to Ohio). I've purchased from The Hair Bow Company a few times over the past two years. I have boys or I would have purchased more often! I was very pleased with my orders. The infant and toddler outfits I purchased for my best friend's daughter were adorable and washed up well. I also ordered adult tutus for a work costume. I purchased my granddaughter Marina Terra a Valentine's Day outfit from The Hair Bow Company and I personally picked it up at their Pearland location. I was greeted at the door with a warm smile and welcome. Marina Terra's outfit/hair bow was not only beautiful, trendy and stylishly adorable it was affordable.
